AM4P Luxury — Intimate Event Venue, Houston, TX
AM4P Luxury is an indoor event venue designed for smaller, more intimate gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to 90 guests. Managed by Phyllis Avomi, the space books by the hour, starting at $500 for a four-hour minimum, which includes tables, chairs, and linens.
For hosts who want a longer celebration, an 8-hour package is available for $900, which includes decoration time along with setup and breakdown, and a venue-plus-decor package is offered at $2,499 for those who'd rather leave the styling to the team. Events can be booked in one of two daily slots — 8 AM to 4 PM or 5 PM to 1 AM — for anything under 8 hours, or as a full-day rental for longer celebrations, with events required to wrap by 2 AM.
Alcohol is welcome to be brought in, though a security guard is required for any event running past 8 PM. Bartending isn't offered in-house, but the venue can connect hosts with trusted bartending vendors as an add-on. Outside catering and decor are both welcome, and smoking is not permitted inside the facility. The space is indoor-only, with no outdoor area.

Service not professional. Takes long to respond with invoices. Has a nonrefundable deposit policy and doesn’t care if emergencies happen. Also refuses to allow date to be moved if emergency does occur. Unfortunately I expected better in Houston area and will continue to look elsewhere for booking an event next time.
I wish my interaction with the owner was different but the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional. Please beware when booking with this venue. She will not let you change your date if an emergency comes up. She basically took my deposit.

Very unprofessional! Did not respond in a timely manner, nor did they present a formal contract with clear guidelines. There were words misspelled, and confusing bullet points. I would not recommend, nor would I give them any money.
