ASH - Dhol | Drums | Cajon

ASH · Drummer & Percussionist · Dallas, TX

If you've ever been to a live South Asian concert and felt the drums shake the room, there's a good chance ASH was behind the kit. Dallas's favorite session drummer and percussionist, ASH has built a career performing alongside some of the biggest names in Pakistani and South Asian music — Ahmed Jahanzeb, Asim Azhar, Natasha Baig, Hamza Amir, and more. Now based in Dallas, he brings that same concert-stage energy directly to your event.

ASH is a multi-instrument powerhouse. Drums, percussion, cajon, dhol — he plays it all, and plays it well. Whether your event calls for the driving pulse of a full drum kit, the warm resonance of a cajon at an intimate mehendi, or the thundering beat of a dhol for a baraat entrance, ASH adapts to the moment and delivers every time. His musicianship isn't just technical — it's expressive, responsive, and deeply rooted in the culture of the music he plays.

Based in Dallas but no stranger to the road, ASH regularly travels across the US for shows. From Texas to New York, from Chicago to California, he goes where the music calls — and brings the same level of professionalism and passion to every stage.

Services start at $700 — a travel fee of $200 applies for out-of-town shows.
