Bella Lumi Photography was founded by Brenda Lopez after many years of working in the wedding industry, with a vision to create a personalized, heartfelt photography experience for every client. That philosophy has guided Bella Lumi from the very beginning — connecting with clients and delivering top-tier customer service alongside stunning imagery remain the foundation of everything the studio does.

Brenda is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Photojournalism in 2010. She began photographing weddings and portraits as a photography intern during her studies, and has since built Bella Lumi into a team that has captured well over 600 weddings across a wide range of cultural backgrounds, including destination celebrations.

For Brenda, connection comes first. She believes the most special, intimate moments of a wedding day deserve a photographer who creates a comfortable, genuine environment — because that trust is what turns a photo into a keepsake. Her documentary roots as a photojournalism grad shape the way she sees a wedding day: authentic, in-the-moment, and full of the love and light she hopes every client can look back on for years to come.
