Located at 11834 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, Bella Luna offers over 4,800 sq ft of beautifully appointed open ballroom space with soaring ceilings, crystal chandeliers, neutral tones, and a layout completely free of fixed stages or built-in dance floors — giving every couple an open canvas to design exactly the celebration they have always envisioned.
The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests for reception-style events, and up to 250 guests for combined ceremony and reception celebrations — with an ideal sweet spot of 80 to 150 for a seamlessly intimate feel. For couples who want both their ceremony and reception under one roof, Bella Luna handles the transition entirely: while guests enjoy a relaxed cocktail hour following the ceremony, the Bella Luna team executes a seamless room flip so the space transforms effortlessly from ceremony to reception with no interruption to the celebration and no travel between locations. Ceremony backdrops include the elegantly styled Fireplace Mantel Prop Wall, romantic pipe and drape setups, draped settings, floral arrangements, and greenery walls — all curated to match each couple's vision.

The planning process was seamless, and I felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such capable hands. On the day of the event, every detail was immaculate. The atmosphere, decor, organization, and overall experience were beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was able to simply relax, enjoy the moment, and celebrate with my family and friends without worrying about a single thing.
