It is difficult when you need to send an arrangement to someone who doesn’t live near you. Bice’s was a good choice when I had this occur as their website is easy to use and they sent both a photo and delivery notice of my selection. I would use this florist again.
Flowers were as pictured on website and in confirmation email. Communication was terrific and provided photo. The arrangement was fresh and delivered in a timely manner.

Second time I have ordered from this place and both occasions were great. Even on last minute notice, I still get all the details I ask for on the arrangements. Last year I ask for yellow roses and this year they were pink. My daughter really loved them.
Ordered flowers to be delivered Thursday for my mom's birthday. She wasn't home on first delivery attempt. When mom called for redelivery she was told they weren't delivering in that part of town anymore Thursday. Friday delivery was scheduled and no driver showed up all day. My mom called several times and was told the driver was on his way. Now it's Saturday morning and no flowers. My mom called and canceled the order. She asked for the funds to be credited back to my account. When you pay a delivery fee, no matter what part of town, the flowers should have been delivered on Thursday. Not only didn't my mom have my flowers for her birthday, I am so embarrassed by the whole situation. I have ordered from Bice's before and never had any problems. I hope this doesn't happen with my next order. Lynn A
