BienVenue Events is a Houston-area event venue located in Humble, designed for celebrations ranging from weddings and wedding ceremonies to engagement brunches, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, dinner parties, holiday gatherings, and more. The venue offers a flexible space that allows clients to bring their own vendors and personalize their event around their vision.

The Standard Package includes six hours of venue access, guest tables, Chiavari chairs, Wi-Fi and speakers, ample natural light, central heating and cooling, accessible parking, and bathroom facilities. The Humble location also offers an outdoor patio, a large projector screen and two smart TVs, making the space adaptable for both social celebrations and more structured events. Outside caterers are welcome, giving clients flexibility when selecting their food vendor.

For clients looking for a more styled experience, the Specialty Collection adds table setup, linens, light decorations, and cleaning. The package options currently highlighted by BienVenue include additional themed elements for baby showers, birthdays, and graduations, such as balloon arches, marquee numbers, cakes, gift items, and specialty décor.

The venue also offers an Exclusive Package that combines the standard amenities with event planning and décor coordination through Designs By Michelle. Depending on the package, this can include full-service planning, setup and breakdown, centerpieces, backdrops, dessert-table styling, uplighting, and coordinated tableware. Additional services such as table and chair setup, linens, post-event cleaning, bartending and security, and event planning/decor are also available.

For weddings and South Asian celebrations, the venue's outside-catering policy provides added flexibility for couples who want to work with their preferred caterer. Live bands and DJs are welcome, while the venue also has its own speaker system for playing music from a phone, tablet, or laptop. Alcohol is permitted only with the venue's required licensed and insured bartender and security arrangements.

BienVenue Events also offers venue tours and a virtual tour, allowing clients to explore the space before booking. The current listed location is 9630 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E, Suite C, Humble, TX 77396. The website notes that its former East Downtown location is no longer available for bookings, so couples should use the Humble location for current inquiries.
