Cassandra really have an eye for good takes! She captured nothing but "love" when she did my engagement photos and she also captured special moments at my wedding. The pictures are of great quality and the customer service was outstanding!! I would recommend CMJ Photography above all others, hands down!

The photographer Cassandra was awesome, she really goes above and beyond to make your shoot personal. We had music to set the tone. It was fun, the best shot I've ever experienced.

While I did like the pictures, unfortunately as far as getting the items you paid for, it is practically impossible. My daughter's daycare used them and I purchased a package which included an ornament with a picture on it, back in the middle of Dec 2019. We are now February 2020 and I still can't get my calls returned, or emails responded to with an update for this. The daycare also reached out and they have not been able to contact Ms. Johnson or had a return call. I got one response a month ago saying she would look into it. A week ago I sent another email (one again yesterday) and still no response to at least say "sorry we won't be able to fulfill your order but we will give a refund" Very unprofessional which dumbfounds me being as she has 5 stars from every review prior to mine. I'm very confused as to why she would ignore or fail to respond. I get there can be confusion or mess ups but own up to them and don't keep the customer waiting. You find a way to make it right. She seemed nice and responsible when we met her. I've tried reaching out various times prior to this review so this wasn't written in haste. With that being said I would be very weary to use CMJ on a very important occasion such as a wedding/ graduation/ sweet 15/16, for fear of not getting the pics or items paid for in advance!
