Dallas Palms is a premier wedding and event venue spanning 6½ acres in Carrollton, blending modern style with timeless beauty across luxurious ballrooms and lush gardens. The venue offers three distinct ballrooms, each with a flexible open floor plan, spacious bridal and groom's suites, crystal chandeliers, and a fully equipped in-house catering kitchen.
The Bel Air Ballroom, the largest of the three, accommodates 250–500 guests indoors with round tables and chairs, plus mezzanine seating on both sides, and its adjoining garden holds an additional 250–300 guests. The Malibu Ballroom fits up to 120 guests seated, or 200+ in ceremony style with the garden included, featuring two elegant staircases and a central chandelier. The Melrose Ballroom holds up to 170 guests, or up to 250 in ceremony style with its garden and covered patio. Ballrooms can be booked together with their gardens or separately. Outdoor garden spaces range from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet, giving hosts flexibility in scale.
Dallas Palms offers all-inclusive, full-service packages covering decor, lighting, AV, and catering handled in-house, with the option to bring in outside vendors as well. The venue specializes in multicultural weddings and has hosted a range of South Asian celebrations, including Mehndi and Sangeet events. Nearby partner hotels are available for out-of-town guests.

We had a great experience having our 4 event Indian wedding at the Dallas Palms this past April! We had about 325 guests, and this venue was able to accommodate everyone very well. We worked with Nadia and Cathy for decorations, setup, food, and the flow of events. Our decorations were incredible, better than we had ever imagined. Planning a different vibe for all 4 events can be challenging, but Cathy had so many ideas, each event looked like we stepped into a new place. Weather in Dallas in April can be tricky, but they were ready and equipped to handle it. We luckily had the most stunning outdoor wedding with the perfect weather! The food was phenomenal, our guests still talk about how amazing the food was! Nadia and Cathy made it so we didn't have to worry about anything throughout the weekend so we could enjoy every moment. Thank you for everything!!
Beautiful facility
STAY AWAY AND CHOOSE ANOTHER VENUE! CATHY has a serious attitude problem and only sweet talks the bride. Decided to not book the venue with them due to this.
