This Embassy Suites continues to remind me why it is, without question, my favorite hotel in the Houston area. I refuse to stay anywhere else when traveling to Houston because the experience here is consistently exceptional. The outstanding service actually started before I even arrived. On the morning of check-in, Fatima took the time to text me and ask if there was anything she could do to make my stay more enjoyable before I arrived. That level of proactive hospitality is rare and immediately made me feel like a valued Hilton Honors member. When I arrived, Samantha made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick, seamless, and her warm personality immediately set the tone for another great stay. Later, I went downstairs for a snack and had the pleasure of talking with Yusef. We ended up having a great conversation about the Hilton Honors program and our shared love for the Hilton brand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Team members like Yusef are exactly why Hilton continues to earn my loyalty. As always, breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh, delicious options. The property is consistently spotless, well maintained, and always feels safe and welcoming. My suite was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the pool temperature was absolutely perfect, and the fitness center was organized, clean, and well equipped. The biggest reason I continue coming back, though, is Mrs. Yolanda and her amazing team. They have mastered what true hospitality looks like. Every interaction is warm, genuine, and personal. They don’t treat you like just another guest. They make you feel like family. That level of care is incredibly rare today, and it keeps bringing me back time after time. If you’re looking for an Embassy Suites that consistently exceeds expectations, this is the one. Thank you to Fatima, Samantha, Yusef, Mrs. Yolanda, and the entire staff for another flawless stay. I can’t wait to return.
We stayed at Embassy Suites for the weekend and specifically chose this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast. When we arrived, parking was easy. You can park either in front of the hotel or in the parking garage, and both options felt secure. Check-in was smooth, and it was a nice personal touch to see my name displayed on the TV when we entered our room. Our room faced the highway, which I actually enjoyed. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and everything else was in great condition. The only downside was the air conditioning. It struggled to keep the room cool, and the room felt consistently humid throughout our stay. Also, although the mattress tags indicated it was a king-size bed, it felt smaller than expected. The complimentary breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The buffet included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast, pastries such as pound cake and coffee cake, along with toast and bagels. They also had grits and potatoes. Drinks included coffee, tea, orange juice, and water. They also have a made-to-order omelet station where you can customize your omelet with toppings like cheese, ham, bacon, onions, bell peppers, and more. If you prefer eggs cooked another way, such as over-medium, they’ll make those as well. The hotel also offers a complimentary evening reception with drinks from 5:00–7:00 PM. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy it because it was extremely crowded during that time. The drinks were served in small plastic cups, and with how packed it was, we decided to skip it. The fish were pretty cool to watch during breakfast though!
Yolanda, Dayana, Sasha, Samantha and Jocelyn yall were AMAZING! The hospitality shown was above and beyond.(minus Dayana not making Cuban style ground beef lol) Will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much for everything
Mrs. Yolanda made us feel very welcome with her warm hospitality. Overall all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be definitely be coming back really soon.
Zack made a great egg white omelette. This is one of my favorite embassy suites to stay at. Keep up the great work.
Great experience always. Ariana helped us at the bar and made our evening great!
Mrs. Samantha was very friendly and helpful to me. Keep up the good work.|Thanks

No hot water in the bathroom, no coffee maker in the room, no ice maker on the floor, A/C thermostat was unfriendly. The breakfast line was long with only one cook making omelets. Took at least 45 minutes to get an omelet or pancakes. Rooms were clean, check in and out was efficient, and hotel employees were polite.
Hotel was recently updated so it was beautiful. However the pillows were super uncomfortable if I ever stay here again I’ll bring my own. Breakfast was still included but because of covid you have to wait in a long line & the line took …
The rooms were clean. The food was good. The staff was excellent. They constantly greeted us with a "Hello" or "Is there anything you need". Staff was always smiling and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The location was great. We will surely be back.

The only hiccup is massive construction eyesore in front of the hotel, but once you figure out that it doesn't deter at all from the parking, it's easily navigable.

What a great staff! I attended a graduation party on Sunday. The banquet room was set up so nicely and the food and staff of the hotel were amazing. Thank you!!

This hotel has been amazing. I’m staying for over a week and they have every accommodation you can think of. The staff, specifically the manager, is so friendly and does everything in her power to take care of you. I would highly recommend this hotel.

TJ & Yolanda were awesome at check in. Best check in experience we've ever had! The young lady working the bar the evening of 7/9 could use some of that energy! Other than her, all staff we came across were pleasant. The room was clean & updated. Limited parking in front & parking garage in back.
The Embassy was beautiful, clean, and inviting.
We originally were only going to stay on a Friday night to Saturday morning. After checking out Saturday morning and leaving, we realized we left an Apple Watch behind. I called the hotel around 10am and informed them to please get it out …
We only stayed one night at this hotel with my family and I all I can say is that the whole hotel is clean, from rooms to pool area. Breakfast was good and they did have a big variety of food. Stuff was friendly and location was great for us. Not enough parking at front but they do have a parking garage at the back.
My stay was great, my room was comfy and clean. Pool is open with reservations in 50 minute increments, so be sure to reserve. Yolanda, was very gracious and welcoming. You can tell she has top customer service. My only gripe was there …
Overall, the hotel more than exceeded my expectations; however, there were some issues that I experienced. My review will be a bit picky since I believe these issues can be pretty easily fixed. …
The staff was very nice and attentive. Everything was very clean. Our room was very big. Indoor pool & whirlpool were very nice. The breakfast was next level. Loved it! There were a few events going on so it was crowded but even so it was a great mini vacay while visiting the city. I highly recommend treating yourself to a stay here.

This has to be the most comfortable and welcoming experience we’ve ever came across at any hotel. Yolanda took care us so well. The pool was fun breakfast was great and the deluxe rooms are super spacious.
Spacious and comfortable Embassy Suites. Continental breakfast is better than some diners. The entertainment area bar could do well with stocking higher quality liquor choices but not bad and happy hour gratuitously provides free cocktails. …

We love love love this Embassy Suites!! Energy Corridor 11730 is the absolute best location, the rooms are updated and so Beautiful and the Customer Service is top notch!! Natalie Sanchez is always so amazing to us!! She was very helpful …
Never knew they had breakfast that they cook to order.
I had a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites. Natalie was working when I checked and she was so helpful and attentive it made the evening wonderful after a long day of travel. She remembered me the next evening and set some cookies aside for me. I'd recommend Embassy Suites just for Natalie, but the room was awesome as well. Definitely 5-stars!
I went for a weekend get away, best choice I made breakfast was great they omelets, potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon,bf juice, & a coke machine,so in case you didn't want juice.... I loved in.....
I have a late midnight check-in, Ismail is really helpful!
The cleanest hotel I’ve seen in the Hilton area. The staff and management is amazing. Will definitely recommend.
This hotel is absolutely fabulous. This was my second stay here, we had a mini staycation for my daughter’s 10th birthday sleepover and they didn’t want to leave. The rooms are so upscale and spacious, like mini apartments. The breakfast the next morning definitely was the icing on the cake. Pricing was a plus also, very reasonable. We will be back!!!
Good location (not great), pool was too cold (although advertised as heated). Hot tub out of order the entire stay. Digital keys not available at this location. Staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Omelette and pancakes made to order. Hotel appears to be newly renovated. Very clean and rooms are nicely appointed. Bathroom vanity was large enough for all of your wife’s skin and hair products. Breakfast only served until 9am on weekdays. (Should be at least 9:30 IMO) Having stayed at both Embassy suites on Katy Freeway, the one in West Katy seems better for families. (And they actually turn the pool heater on).
The hotel staff were awesome and accommodating. Free parking, Breakfast was excellent, and rooms were clean. We did have some lights that were not working in our room, but that was not a big deal. The only issue I have is that there was a woman banging on a room door screaming for at least 30 minutes at 3 am in the morning. The guest in the room would not let her in. I did not feel very safe with what was going on. I feel that the hotel may need a little more security. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.
Staying at the Embassy Suites Hilton (Corridor) has been a total joy! This is my third time stay and the moment I walked in, the front desk crew welcomed me like I was part of the family—big thanks to ALL of you! Yolanda deserves a gold medal for how calmly she handled a grumpy guest—pure grace under pressure., not disturbing the rest of us around. Judith at the bar? She’s sunshine in human form! Always smiling and making sure I had everything I needed—even down to a fork! Shoutout to Zasha, Nikki, and the entire front desk, and the amazing cleaning team too, super friendly and on point with every detail. If you want a stay that feels cozy, cheerful, and full of good vibes—this is your spot!
Updated as of 7/16/2022 - Our recent visit caused a decrease in rating. The room we stayed in had very uncomfortable beds. We barely got any sleep due to the beds being hard and squeaky. When we spoke to the front desk about it, they acted as if they didn't want to offer a solution, and said they really didn't know what to do about it. The breakfast use to be one of the best. However, the food choice was limited, and the taste and quality of the food items they still serve has declined. We are checking out a day early. We won't be returning. We had a very enjoyable stay at this establishment. The beds were comfortable, rooms were roomy and came with a mini kitchenette. Their breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. They served cooked to order omelettes, pancakes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, and many other choices to appease any appetite. We did have one incident where charges were placed on our account from the bar (my husband and I don't drink ). However, when it was brought to their attention, they immediately fixed the issue and removed the charges. The staff was friendly and the customer service was amazing. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when in the area.
From check in to check out everything was amazing. The food was good, pool and Jacuzzi area was clean with plenty of towels available. Parking was easy and accessible to the hotel. It was so quiet there it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. The complementary happy hour was very nice and welcoming we got to engage with other guests and it was spacious. Our room was as described, very spacious and clean.
This is by far the best hotel stay in Houston. Viviana was attentive to us during our breakfast (which was delicious, not your average continental breakfast) and we had a great check in with Yolanda. They have happy hour between 5pm-7pm with free delicious drinks and appetizers. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back!
Hotel was very nice. The "free" breakfast was simply amazing. Felt like a restaurant. Remember to tip the super chef if you get an omelette to order and the dining room staff as well. Great customer service.
The breakfast crew 10/10 from the guys making the omelettes, cleaning , and bar area for happy hour! These are some hard working people! Make sure tip the omelette guys and leave a tip for the people cleaning your tables at breakfast. Don't forget they have happy hour BUT tip the lady behind the bar. They work really hard! The key issue is a big problem! It's pretty annoying to get a new keys every time you go in and out of your room! Also, do not let anyone say that staying by the elevator won't be an issue! It's pretty loud! If we didn't have the key issue I think our stay would have been more enjoyable.
Enjoyed our stay. All the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The pool and the hot tub were working and the family enjoyed it. Easy access to the Highway and close proximity to the Galleria Mall. We have previously stayed at this location and will stay here again.
Awesome hotel, I stayed for a week while in transition to our actual move to Houston. My pictures were from room 707 on the highway side so the view was nice. The room was spacious like a little apartment, and the staff were very friendly so I felt right at home. The hotel in general and the room were very clean and smelled nice. Usually staying in hotels I have a lot of allergy problems but I had no problem here, even with the down pillows. Honestly my allergies were better there than at home. 😄 The buffet breakfast and happy hour were really good, I would just include a few other types of snacks. But breakfast had a good selection of items so I was well fed. Overall it’s a gorgeous hotel! I usually would stay at either the Galleria or Downtown location but I highly recommend this Energy Corridor location because they really know what they’re doing! 😍
Best stay! Rooms are large, clean and comfortable!
It’s my second time staying at this place and it never disappointed. Great breakfast, happy hours on some days, clean rooms with comfortable beds and late check out. You can’t beat that combination. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Houston.
I loved our stay. I’ve stayed in plenty of Hilton hotels just never Embassy Suites. After our stay this past weekend I will def go again. We were greeted by lovely Asian lady (I’m so sorry didn’t catch her name) she was so pleasant and welcoming. She let us know there was complimentary drinks and apps at the bar which was a plus. The room was awesome! It was a suite and so accommodating . The hot breakfast cook to order was great! I well def recommend and stay here again. The cooks were so friendly they went above and beyond despite most people not leaving a tip.
We are here in Texas for cancer treatment. In this extraordinarily stressful time this hotel was a haven. Jackie, At the front desk was so empathetic and helpful. This was an amazing experience and exactly the hotel I needed. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. If it was possible, I would rate this hotel even higher!
Nothing beats free happy hour. Here for a conference, don’t know if they always have it.
Great experience from the start. Natalie at the front desk was wonderful; friendly, attentive, and professional from check in to check out! My family of four really enjoyed the 2 queen bed suite, which had a modern feel, was clean, and spacious. As for the included breakfast, wow. Eggs made to order, great variety and a beautiful dining area! The hotel is next to I10 and close to beltway 8. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, a hospital and walking trails close by. I chose this hotel because it seemed safe; office buildings on either side, parking garage under surveillance and the property backs up to what looks like a nice neighborhood. We felt safe and secure the whole time we were here, worry free! You cannot go wrong staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in the Houston energy Corridor.
This hotel exceeded every expectation! The app to sign into your room is so easy to use. I never even had to go to the front desk. Regardless the front desk, people are super nice They have free happy hour! I don’t even even drink, but that’s awesome, and the breakfast and food is awesome too Great!
This hotel is fabulous. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bed slept well. Shower was nice. Cable service was a bit dated. Refresh rate was a little slow so the picture was blurry. Can't beat the Happy Hour every day. Bartender was excellent. Food from the bar was good also. And the breakfast... Seriously the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The made to order omletes melted in your mouth. Nice selection of ingredients for them. The continental and cereal selections were excellent also. Front desk service was always genuine and polite. For a small fee, we were able to check in early, which was important since our plane landed at 9:00 am.
The staff was very nice. The hotel was beautiful and affordable for my mini staycation.
The staff from the receptionist department to the chef was very friendly and engaging. They all made us feel welcomed. The facility is great. Very clean, inviting and homey, made our staycation experience awesome. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. Even though it was just my wife and myself, we had plenty of room to entertain other guest if we wanted to. The pool and spa was great. Again, staff were all attentive to our needs. We would stay here again and would stay at any others in other locations. Honestly would try and find one at our next vacation location.
Housekeeping delivered stained towels everyday. Plates in breakfast area had dried up food. Bowls had hair in them. Gnats and mosquitoes were everywhere. Stinky parking garage. Iron in room broken. Toilet paper not replaced when housekeeping came. Hair in the fridge. Full sized beds instead of double queens that they advertised. When asked, they said that was normal. It took 2 hours and 3 follow up calls to get towels brought to my room. Dust in lights. Spent over $1K here for the week and I Would never return. Management was made aware and all they offered was to get my room cleaned for the last day. Unacceptable.
I travel to Houston quite a bit and stuggle to find decent places to stay. This has been by far my favorite hotel to stay in. Clean and modern. They have a bar and restaurant with breakfast in the morning that ends at 9 am. They also have the option to rent dual monitors with a universal docking station, which is great if you have work to do. Great spot to stay if you want to ensure cleanliness and a great staff!
While construction is ongoing, getting to the parking garage is not very straightforward or easily intuitive. The drive in front of the check-in is two-way but very tight for 2 vehicles going opposite directions, especially if one of the drivers isn't paying attention. Besides that, the general location is easy to get to and very convenient
I am always fan of Embassy suites brand. THeir breakfast is the best part I like and the suite room. My kids love to stay there.
This hotel really did a great job with spacious rooms and amenities. The location was great for the energy related conference I attended. Positives: 1. Rooms were very spacious and well laid out 2. Staff was very pleasant (restaurant, breakfast staff) 3. Conference rooms on second floor conveniently located within hotel. 4. Close ride to many restaurants and entertainment 5. Happy hour drinks and snacks! (See picture) 6. Weekday bartender was the most pleasant person I've met in a long time. Negatives: 1. Room had stains on carpet(s) and window shades 2. Front desk seemed overwhelmed and typically only had 1 person conducting check-ins. 3. Room was not ready when I checked in at 16:30. Had to wait >15 minutes because (overheard) house cleaning was back-logged. My biggest issue with my stay at this hotel was the front back-up and the carpet and drape stains in the room. Otherwise, this was a great hotel, and I would still recommend staying here.
Super clean. Professional and courteous staff. Responsive and accommodating service from the front desk and housekeeping to the bar staff and chefs. Breakfast and happy hour on point. Rooms are spacious and clean. Really satisfied with my stay there.
Great place. We were so impressed by all the staff, especially Zachary and Emmanuel who prepared breakfast and Yolanda at the front desk. We felt like we were welcomed by good friends. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!
Staff, location, breakfast, pool!
Great hotel. As usual, Embassy Suites are consistently great quality and the accommodations are excellent. Staff are very courteous. The breakfast featured omelets made to order which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back again on my next visit.
This is a beautiful hotel, inside and out. The guest services are super friendly and made it so easy with the check-in and check-out processes. The room designed had me feeling as if I was in a tiny home. It has this very cozy feel to it. The bed was so comfy. I slept so good that my only regret was that I slept-in past the continental breakfast allotted time. I also totally forgot about the pool and hot tub :(. Other than that, I throughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful home away from home experience.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet with omelet station. Pleasurable experience.
So delighted to come and stay at this location. Very luxurious and spacious. The morning breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very clean and suite style. The front desk lady was absolutely friendly. I would love to stay here again when I come back to Houston.
Stayed here for a weekend trip for my birthday & it was everything. The rooms were great. Everything was clean and prepared for us. They even provided us with extra towels upon request. The evening reception was fun & the bartender was so friendly. Breakfast was good and hot, with MTO omelettes. We will definitely be back! No complaints from us!
Truly the best! Roms nice and clean. Staff over the top friendly. The free breakfast delicious and free happy drinks nice touch. Location location location. Quick access to everything
Reserved/paid for a King room, was assigned a double queen room. Was told no king rooms available. Checked out the next day and went elsewhere. Voted with my wallet. As all businesses want customer loyalty, it needs to be reciprocated, especially for you Diamond Level Members. Notified front desk after check out, they stated they would have fixed it.
This hotel never fails! Embassy Suites is our hotel of choice, and this Energy Corridor location is our favorite anywhere, hands down. The cleanliness, the staff, the service, the food, the drinks -- they're all top tier at this location. The recent room upgrades are the cherries on top of an already exceptional hotel. I can promise you that you won't be disappointed with your stay here. Everyone, from the front desk (hi, Yolanda), kitchen (hi, Chef Nate), bar (hi, Julie), and especially every single housekeeper and maintenance worker is so nice and accommodating. The entire staff understands the value of hospitality and service, and the experience is worth every penny every time. Thank you all, and we look forward to staying with you again soon!
I love every time I stay here it feel like home away from home. Staff (chefs, front desk, house keeping & everyone in between),are all wonderful. Can't wait for my next stay.
I will say I stayed here with my family every weekend for the last month and Christmas for 2 days. A big shot out to Natalie she is so caring sweet and accommodating. She really loves her job and goes above and beyond thank you. We are gold members the whole crew Natalie, Yolanda, Rosie, Nikki, and Ivan are the best they made everything stress free. Letting myself and my family check in early and check out late based on availability. We appreciate each and everyone of you for making the last month for our family less stress you helped make family memories and for that I am greatful. They all go above and beyond for you they really love their job. Also we utilized the hot tub and pool that was great and relaxing g and if there was anything wrong they came right away and fixed it. Clean water and everything is very clean. Thank you again. Breakfast staff created great and tasty food as well. Everyone here is a keeper thank you again.
My experience was nothing short of amazing! The price is worth every penny. Yolanda was amazing. She was so helpful when I came across a few problems upon checking in to my room, I was easily reassured and moved. When asked for a new fridge the maintenance man was in my room changing it out within 20 minutes who also was a very nice & polite gentleman. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean. Parking is in a garage connected to the hotel. The hotel offers a free happy hour which was nice as well as the breakfast in the morning…bomb! That was why I booked here in the first place. LOL! The reviews were right. The breakfast was great along with the chef at the omelette station.
I enjoyed my stay here. Pros: Breakfast Daily happy hour with free drinks Gym/Hot tub On site security at night Cons: Parking could be a bit limited at times Lots of construction going on around the property Kids hogging the pool and hot tub on the weekend
This place was great, super friendly staff, great clean, comfortable rooms and the breakfast was awesome. One of the best places we've stayed at in a long time.
Amazing hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed the one night but staff was awesome. Specially Vivian in the breakfast area. She was amazing with my kids and very attentive. The front is under construction so it was a smidgen hard to get to the front but nothing major
Exceptional Stay and Service I had an amazing experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. I have to give a special shoutout to Natalie at the front desk—she is hands down the best employee ever! She made check-in absolutely flawless with her warm welcome, efficiency, and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—everything you'd expect from Embassy Suites. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception were great touches that made the stay even better. But truly, it was Natalie’s outstanding customer service that set this visit apart. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Houston!
This was the best experience I have ever had! Everything and everyone was beyond amazing. I have stayed at a few hotels in my life time and they are by far the GOATS of hospitality. From the managers to housekeeping. I will definitely be back sooner than later.
I checked in with my husband yesterday night and today their room key card decided not to work. I went to the reception to find out from the extremely unhelpful and rude manager that they cant fix my card because last night they didn’t register my name too. I showed my passport, our marriage license and even can show them my wallet inside the room, or she can simply check the video footage of us checking in together last night. She only repeated this is the policy. Didn’t want to help me for no reason. I asked to speak to a higher manager and in 2 minutes he took me to my room and I showed him my passport that was in the room.
Construction directly at entrance of hotel (July and August 2025). Not sure how long this will last. But nonetheless, very clean, very quiet hotel, during my visit. I haven't stayed overnight, but I did walk thru the hotel, take elevators to several floors to peep the interiors, while housekeeping was cleaning, and toured the parking garage. Only distraction is the intensity of interstate 10 which is a few feet from entrances. Especially during peak hours. I suggest remaining on Frontage road when exiting if your destination is not far. However, once inside of the hotel, I could not hear any loud traffic noise.
Over 100 of my family members stayed at this hotel last weekend. Customer service was top tier! My people turned the lobby into a late night hangout and no one complained! The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome! Saturday morning, the head chef came out, greeted EVERYONE, and made sure we were enjoying our food. He was even able to communicate with my aunt who is deaf and nonverbal. Out of 42 family reunions, this hotel experience is definitely in the Top 3! We are grateful...
Unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of staying here, but my cousin did. Her room was very spacious and nice, this is the hotel I should’ve stayed at. The breakfast looked great and they had complementary services from 5:30 to 7:30. The pool was great. The hot tub was extremely warm, and I had such a relaxing time at this hotel. I was at this hotel more than I was at my own. The living room felt like home away from home which is ALOT because I don’t care to sit on every couch I see. Good conversations, good vibes. The staff was so nice to my children and I, my son shared a joke that one of the staff members said to him and his cousins and I was so pleased they weren’t rude to children. There was so much room and space for the whole family to enjoy. I even had lunch with my kids in the lobby and my son was so enthusiastic to see the fish tank. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. This is where I will stay next time.
Embassy Suites by Hilton is AMAZING and has exceeded my expectations. Our entire experience with this place is pretty awesome. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The amenities are stellar. Free breakfast is really good. Hot food right off the grill made exactly how you want. The chef stopped at each table to see if everything was okay with everyone's meal. That was a nice gesture. Complementary happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM is wonderful. Bartenders were very pleasant. Ms. Yolanda and Ms. Jackie at the front desk are amazing individuals who treat all guests equally and with love. They provide exemplary service with beautiful smiles. You can definitely tell that they love their job and they love interacting with people. We enjoyed our weekend at Embassy Suites Hilton Houston Energy Corridor! Our girls weekend trip was definitely extra special because of Embassy Suites. I will definitely be back to book my stay here again!
Most of the staff was nice. 1 lady had an attitude wasn't front desk friendly at all. Pool was small amd over capacity. Was not able to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi it Had over 50 ppl I there so me and my kids left. Was very disappointed to not be able to.enjoy part of the amenities i paid for. Breakfast was great and the evening happy hour.
We stay here multiple times a year and this is by far our favorite hotel around. The atmosphere is great, they have a bar and we get together with our team and hang out downstairs while the kids join us or play right outside. The rooms are always clean and HUGE! To top it off, their breakfast is like no other..it’s delicious and FREE!!! Made to order food by personable polite staff. One of the best hotels and we will continue to choose this place when we can.
Hotel exceeded our expectations. Extremely clean and well managed. Manager's happy hour was a real treat as well as the complimentary breakfast. Fresh omelets to your liking and delicious sides. Highly recommend!
I will always pick an Embassy Suites if available when I travel. The rooms are spacious, the experience is great, and the staff is awesome. The made to order omelets for breakfast, the great on site restaurant, and the manager's reception are just icing on the cake.
Just spent a wonderful past few days at Embassy Suites Energy Corridor. The entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful from the time I checked in, until I left. Yolanda was very helpful in getting an A/C issue fixed in my room and was so friendly. The lady bartenders during the nightly Evening Reception were both so nice. The guys who cooked the custom breakfast in the mornings were cheerful and full of joy as were the staff who worked the Oasis restaurant (which had a great menu!) The room was huge: like an apartment! The sofa and chair had lovely decorative pillows on them that gave it a home-y, welcoming vibe. The desk was great for working on the computer and also for eating. This area had a tv. Then the next area was the kitchenette and bathroom. Next was the bedroom. I really liked how each section had its own door so you could have privacy from other parts of the room so as not to disturb anyone who was sleeping, etc. I was on the 14th floor and had a great view. Also the location of this hotel was very conveniently located for my needs and provided easy access to the highway. There’s an inside pool, too cold for me, but a great size, as well as a hot tub (which I loved). I also liked how adjacent to this was a little seating area outside where you can enjoy the night air. 10/10 recommend staying here.
I really loved this place. Especially the breakfast. The variety of breakfast here is amazing. The rooms are spacious, the view was great, beds are comfy. Just wished the A.C. blew harder and had a better shower head. But all else was perfect.
Had such a positive experience staying here on a combo business/leisure trip. Convenient location, Rooms are very clean and comfortable , friendly and helpful staff whom make you feel welcome (shoutout to Ms. Yolanda and Natalie at the front desk and housekeeping staff). "All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable." And Quality breakfast with made to order omelets.
We stayed with a group of over 40 people for the robotics championship. The hotel was very accommodating for our group and several others. They were even willing to open breakfast early so that the kids could eat before heading off to the competitions. The pool was very well maintained, and the exercise area was clean. We stayed during ground construction, but the hotel made sure that it did not interfere with the guest's experience.
Came for a 5 day visit for my nephews football. The breakfast buffet was great, the hotel and pool/gym were nice. I had a minor issue with my booking and the pullout in my room but the Supervisor, Sasha, did an amazing job getting it taken care of in a hurry. Her care for customer service was the best part of this hotel. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by
Overall: it's nice, but I've sleep better in a $49 Motel 6 room. Pros: -Mostly clean and well-maintained -No wait to check-in -Indoor pool and spa -Quiet. We were right by the elevators and didn't hear a thing because the living room is at front of room and bedroom is a separate room toward the back, with its own door. -Good hot breakfast options included, and most people working in the breakfast area (sous chef and all the ladies) were very nice. Cons: -Hard, uncomfortable bed. -Floor on one side of the bed was sticky like a soda had been spilled and not cleaned up -Both TVs randomly turned on in the middle of the night and woke us up -Master light switch controls all lights in the room, and most lights in the room don't function if that switch is off -The guy making the hot meals was unfriendly. He did not say hello, good morning, or smile, and barely acknowledged food orders placed. -One elevator out of service
Staff was amazing .Hotel Employee were all amazing . and i got some great event info from Hotel Employee. This hotel is amazing and their cleanliness is 1000% better than any other Hotel .
I recently stayed at this hotel while taking my son to visit colleges. From the very start I was pleasantly welcomed by the front desk attendant. She was able to get us checked in quickly and efficiently. Once inside the room I was happy to see how spacious the room was and extremely clean. The bed was so amazing. Additionally, the room was well stocked with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Each evening there is a two hour reception with snacks and drinks. Also, the breakfast buffet is packed with a variety of cold and hot items as well as made to order omelets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very plentiful, well lit, and safe. Parking is also free. In front of the hotel is a bit of construction going on, however I didn’t find it to be noisy or disturbing. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
Worst stay ever . Noise level over board . Was placed on a floor with wedding party ,! & heavy traffic , Jacuzzi & pool green and unkept ,. Management dismissive and unapologetic
Our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston – Energy Corridor was so outstanding, I had to leave a review. This trip was for my wife’s birthday, and from the moment we checked in, Rosario at the front desk went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. She treated us like family, not just guests, and helped coordinate thoughtful touches that made the room and the entire experience feel extra special. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference, and we’ll never forget how she made us feel. Also, I have to give a big shoutout to Ariana, the phenomenal bartender who brought so much energy and warmth to our evening. Even as the bar got packed during happy hour, she never missed a beat—friendly, lively, and making sure everyone was taken care of. She was an absolute delight and really helped set the tone for a celebratory atmosphere. Thank you, Rosario and Ariana, for making this birthday trip one we’ll always remember. Because of your incredible hospitality, this stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like a celebration with friends. Embassy Suites is lucky to have you both! We will definitely be back. All in all each part of our stay including the manager who came and checked on us and greeted us in the morning and the lady I didn’t gets name delivering the nice touches plus also working at the bar made this an amazing experience. The breakfast is also great especially for a hotel and an omelette station! Highly recommend anyone to stay here!
We have had great service 👍 promt on service, answers the phone quickly and supplying us with our request shortly after. Clean and roomy …
The worst Embassy I have been to thus far. Extremely understaffed and despite system issues upon arrival, every area was extremely slow. Only 1 person working the bar/restaurant area which caused long lines and waits all while overcharging customers and not paying attention to who she was charging. I had several items added to my bill that we didn't have and the manager never resolved it. Till this day I haven't gotten a reply when I requested the itemized receipt so I can clearly identify all the invalid items. On top of that, housekeeping didn't even clean our room and I had to go get towels myself after a long day. The hotel has potential but definitely needs organization and increased staff. However, I would never stay here for work as it lacks all the things one needs to have a restful and relaxing week.
From the breakfast chef dismissing us, housekeeping not cleaning my room and having to ask for towels, tissue, etc everyday, trash not being taken out & the hotel manager being rude and the drain in the restroom being slow & the hotel manager being rude and dismissive as if my concerns weren’t important and not taking accountability for her staff mishaps I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN !! ZASHA FORD I HOPE YOU SEE RHIS YOU SHOULD BE FIRED YOU ARE THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER & YES I DID REPORT TO HILTON CORPORATE!! I am NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING OF YOUR ATTITUDE
Meh. Furniture is beautiful but the customer service is lacking here. At the breakfast every single beverage is disgusting. Every juice and the coffee; they have to taste this and realize right? Comfortable stay I guess, just the extra you come to associate with Embassy Suites was off.
Rooms are nice and clean! Very updated. Pool and hot tub are small and no way to relax due to so many kids in both so that was a huge disappointment. Bar area is very bright and lit up. Closes at 10pm. Next to check in so it just blends in with the check in area. No adult area at all. Very disappointed in this hotel. Great for families though.
I was going to give this place a 1 star. We paid $250 for a staycation for daughter in I. We searched for a indoor heated pool in houston. The pool was freezing. I saw a kid shivering. We ended up in the jacuzzi, which my 4 year old didn’t prefer. We should have just spent the extra for the Marquis. I recommend actually touching the pool to see if water is heated, to confirm the thermostat is actually working. Yolanda (bangs) and Judith (bartender) were so kind and helpful. They saved the stay with help in other areas. Keep them around.
Quiet room. Best hotel breakfast I have had with cook to order omelets.
Exceptional Stay – Carmen Made It Unforgettable From the moment we checked in, everything about our stay at Embassy Suites was great, but the real highlight was our housekeeper, Carmen. Her attention to detail was like no other—every corner was spotless, every towel perfectly folded, and the room truly felt cared for. It’s not very often that you’re wowed by housekeeping to this level, but Carmen went above and beyond. Sometimes, it’s the simple act of taking the time to care that makes all the difference, and she absolutely did. Embassy Suites should be proud to have someone like her on their team. She turned a good stay into an outstanding one.
This by far has been the best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Very clean and Breakfast was fresh and abundant, 10/10. The staff was very pleasant, informative, and welcoming! Natalie checked me in, she got me a great room with a view and showed me how to use my digital key to my room and other amenities! She was very welcoming and personable from the moment I checked in, until the moment I checked out. I want to thank the entire staff for making my stay, feel like home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Houston!
The rooms and front desk staff are Awesome 👌 food perfect staff so friendly, very clean rooms and HOT water. Best location .Can't stop writing about the staff they are the Best I salute them for being the Best!!!!! …
We had a very good stay. The manager, Zasha, was great — we spoke with her a few times during our visit: in the lobby when we checked in, in the elevator, mentioned we couldn’t get the TV working and she sent an engineer to help us log in. She checked in a few times by text too. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the free breakfast was very very good. Overall, a comfortable and easy stay.
Ariana at the Embassy Suites Energy Corridor is absolutely amazing! She’s one of those rare bartenders who makes you feel like a valued guest from the moment you sit down. She’s professional, friendly, and genuinely takes pride in what she does. Whether it’s recommending the perfect cocktail, remembering your favorite drink, or just sparking great conversation after a long day, Ariana makes the experience memorable every time. Her attention to detail and upbeat personality bring such great energy to the bar—she truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. If you’re staying at the Embassy Suites or just in the area, definitely stop by and see Ariana—you won’t be disappointed! 🍸👏
Breakfast was phenomenal, hospitality was top notch and room was fantastic. Couldn't find anything to warrant anything less than 5 stars
Convenient location right off of I-10 and newly renovated rooms. The breakfast and happy hour are good too.
Overall is good. There has been construction at the front of the hotel which difficult the entrance to the hotel. Signs needs to be better and clear given clear instructions. Buffet service, at the first floor, and food quality is good. Recommended !!
Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the stay was here at Embassy Suites. I was warmly greeted, and because it was my first stay here, I was given the option of a snack from the convenience store, which was very kind / generous. They have a spacious welcome area / restaurant / bar where they have a daily happy hour. Breakfast was very good. I really enjoyed the made to order omelet station and fresh fruit. The rooms are spacious and clean! The only issue I had was that the water in the shower would cut on and off. Overall positive experience and good value for the cost per night. Would recommend if you're doing business in the Energy Corridor area.
My spouse and I have stayed at the Embassy Suites Energy Corridor every single anniversary, and every year this hotel reminds us exactly why we keep coming back. From the moment we arrive until the moment we check out, we are always treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. This year, the service was truly exceptional — especially from Zasha Ford. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay felt special, personal, and completely stress-free. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness made us feel valued and appreciated in a way that is rare these days. Zasha is truly a gem, and the hotel is lucky to have her. The entire staff is consistently sweet, helpful, and welcoming. Every interaction from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast team shows how much they care about their guests. Our room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was flawless right up until checkout. Embassy Suites Energy Corridor has become a tradition for us because it never disappoints. Each anniversary feels memorable thanks to the beautiful suites, great amenities, and the incredible people who work here. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a place that genuinely treats you like family.
Rooms were spacious. Yolanda was wonderful, she greeted us with smilies. They serve lunch & have a happy hour.
If I could, I’d give this 1000 stars!!! Our front desk person Yousef was very nice, polite and gave us a warm greeting. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was amazing. The breakfasts at Embassy Suites is the highlight of the whole hotel. All the service staff at the omlette station/breakfast station were very warm and polite. Overall this hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed in!! 5 stars:]]]]]]]]]]]
Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. We were impressed by the quality and care evident throughout the property. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff member was both welcoming and informative, offering helpful details about the hotel amenities and local area. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfy. The made-to-order complimentary breakfast had plenty of options for all dietary needs. A special mention goes to Yolanda, whose joyful presence and genuine warmth lit up the entire lobby. Embassy Suites is fortunate to have such a remarkable team member.
A Symphony of Screech and Comfort at Embassy Suites Energy Corridor Imagine this: you’ve just rolled off the highway—Memorial City Mall is practically waving at you, and downtown Houston’s only a quick 20-minute hop away. You check into the Embassy Suites, greeted by spacious rooms so relaxing you could almost forget the world outside… almost. The “medium” part of my experience? The front desk—friendly enough, but I think they were running a marathon somewhere between “be right with you” and “just a moment.”Now, for the showstopper: the bathroom door. Every time it opened, it performed a bold, ear-piercing SCREEEEECH worthy of a haunted house soundtrack. If you value your sleep, bring earplugs—or a sense of humor. And while we’re in the bathroom, a few more towels and toiletries would’ve turned a scavenger hunt into a stay. (I made at least two front-desk treks to stock up.)The grand finale? The TV remote decided to retire early, leaving me to stare longingly at a dark screen.Overall, great location and comfy rooms with excellent potential—just needs a dab of WD-40, a dash of attention at the desk, and a working remote to turn this stay from “meh” to marvelous.
This is my go to when traveling through Houston. The friendliness of the entire staff is worth the stay. Very professional and customer service oriented staff. The rooms are clean and a good nice sleep is worth every dime. 💗 …
Room was very clean, pool was nice, service was excellent. Yolanda was super helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
We stayed here for my nephews birthday and it was the perfect staycation. Zasha was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were updated, clean, the breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely recommend.
Clean and modern embassy suites! One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at because of the updates. Rooms are nicely decorated and kept. Pillows couldve been more firm however. Complementary happy hour is good as always at embassy hotels
The employees were all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is amazing with made to order omelettes, pancakes, avocado toast and much more. Free drinks at Happy hour 5:30-7:30. You can order non alcoholic as well. We were given towels for 3 despite our reservation for 5 in a queen suite. It was a pain waiting on towels that night when we were tired. The 2nd day we requested 5 and they did bring them as well as made our beds and took out trash. I wish they had coffee in the lobby. Instead it was hot chocolate and sometimes water. Our bed was extra firm and miserable with flat pillows. We slept horrible and went home with back pain. The toilet was very low to the ground. I felt like I was doing squats. The tub is dated and really needs an upgrade. It had good water pressure and plenty hot water though. Location was great! Close to Katy. Tons of food options around. We chose the hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub. The kids enjoyed it but the hot tub was crowded and dirty. The pool room was muggy and smelly. The pool was freezing! Workout room is open 24/7 and it’s very nice. This is a beautiful hotel. We did enjoy our stay, minus the bed.
The staff was excellent! To notch all the way around. Zach at the breakfast bar has a great sense of humor. I'd definitely come back.
There were a few positives about this hotel: great location, free parking, and free breakfast. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweighed the positives, and we will not stay here again. We checked in Friday around 7pm and immediately noticed the bed sheets were dirty. I called the front desk, and someone came up about an hour later to change them, only for the replacement sheets to also be dirty. We were then offered a room change, but the process was slow and poorly communicated. After waiting over an hour with no updates, I had to go back down to the front desk myself, get new keys, and inspect the new room on my own. By then it was around 9:30pm, and we were exhausted. On Saturday, I requested clean towels around 5pm. They didn’t arrive until 6pm and they were heavily stained. This was especially frustrating since many of the towels in our room were already stained. I ultimately had to DoorDash my own towels, which is honestly unacceptable. On Sunday, the power was out for most of the morning and into the afternoon due to an area outage. Normally I would be more understanding, but given how many issues we had already experienced, it added to the overall frustration. I shared all of this with a front desk employee, who kindly offered to removed our $75 pet fee and apologized. I appreciated his effort, but overall this stay fell far below expectations. Hopefully they improve for future guests, but we won’t be returning.
I stayed at this hotel recently while attending a small Galentine’s gathering hosted by my relative. What should have been a fun and memorable evening turned into an upsetting experience due to the way hotel staff treated us, particularly after we disclosed that we are hearing impaired. We were playing music in the room and the first time staff came to the door, they told us to turn it down. That request was understandable. However, the staff members were not polite or professional in how they approached the situation. A man and woman (I believe their names were Isamail and Zasha Ford) spoke to us in a rude and confrontational manner instead of respectfully communicating the hotel’s policy. We immediately turned the music down. Despite this, they returned again, and the female staff member became extremely hostile. When I explained that both my relative and I are hearing impaired and could not clearly understand what she was saying, she rolled her eyes in a disrespectful way and responded with a dismissive attitude. She then threatened to kick us out. Even worse, she accused us of lying and claimed we did not lower the music, even though we did. Her behavior was humiliating and completely inappropriate. At that point, this was no longer about a noise complaint, it became an issue of disability discrimination and lack of ADA awareness. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals with disabilities deserve reasonable communication accommodations and should never be mocked, dismissed, or treated unfairly after disclosing a hearing impairment. The male staff member seemed more understanding, but the situation was still handled poorly overall. The entire interaction ruined our night and made us feel targeted, disrespected, and uncomfortable. Hotels can enforce policies without hostility, threats, and disrespect. This experience showed a serious lack of customer service training, professionalism, and sensitivity toward disabled guests. I strongly encourage hotel management to address this situation immediately and provide ADA/disability awareness training to staff. No guest should be treated this way.
Service was fantastic. Our check in with Jocelyn was wonderful. She was polite, friendly and super attentive. The sous chef was a fabulous. The whole stay was wonderful!
I booked a last-minute celebration for my daughter’s birthday, and it turned out to be fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to check in early. The girls enjoyed a fun scavenger hunt, and the manager was incredibly helpful—she even took photos for them and let them use some props from her inventory. Overall, I would rate this place a solid 10!
Nora, Sandra, Nancy and Cleo in the Kitchen are amazing! I pulled in 5 past the end of breakfast, they quickly spotted my look of destress and offered to whip me up some eggs and made me an entire plate of breakfast in about 2 minutes. I was amazed, it made my morning. Thank you 🙏 …
Yolanda Angel and her entire team are absolutely impeccable. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly, and their communication was always clear and timely. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and highly recommend Yolanda and her team to anyone looking for outstanding service. 🙌
For MANY Of years we have been traveling to Houston Texas for business and pleasure, we have stayed at many hotels throughout the Houston downtown and Energy Corridor.. The one that is #1 heads above the best is the Embassy Suites located at 11730 Katy Freeway.. The staff there is ALWAYS the most pleasant to be around...From the top of the house Mrs Yolanda and the complete staff are ALWAYS so accommodating.. The morning starts with the most amazing fresh breakfast of the day..From home cooked Omelet, fresh fruit, yogurt ( of many flavors), bacon, hash browns, fresh coffee, many other selections of breads in any fashion you desire...Then it is off to work via hotel Shuttle if required..The rooms are ALWAYS serviced to perfection...Staff is very trustworthy..when you return from a hard day at work it is very nice to be able to attend one of the best ever happy hours, where Arianna always has a big smile on her face and keeps the glass full.. We would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!!!!
We had a 2 day conference here last week. Plenty of space on the 2nd floor for the off-site and the food was decent as well. Staff was friendly and the location is great if you work in the energy corridor
Some of the larger rooms I've stayed in on business trips, beautiful suites with tons of amenities. The staff are wonderful, very helpful. And the breakfast is incredible! Real eggs for a change. But there were a few problems with my room, the toilet wouldn't properly flush, loud drunken parties on the floor I was on, and cups provided for coffee/tea didn't match the lids so I couldn't make a coffee/tea to go in the morning. Update: Just stayed for a second time and it was better than the first. The staff is amazing and the rooms are still giant and accommodating. I also was able to test out the 24-hour gym for the first time and it was extremely well equipped freeway, cable machine, and cardio options. I'm happy to change my rating to five stars.
The parking sucks here, but the hotel is really cool. They have a great breakfast buffet for all the guests. I like this hotel chain. I was also able to get this margarita pizza from the kitchen. It was delicious.
Zach was awesome!!—Energy Corridor Check in was corrected right away.Parking was a bit confusing.GOOD for cleanliness.GREAT for room feel. Price for the service we received was of great value!Great atmosphere. The cook on July 14th was awesome also.Noise was non disturbing.
Went and stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Plenty of food spots and fun places near by. The room was big and spacious and anything that needed to be fixed they were able to accommodate right away. I will be staying here again.
The hotel is really nice, rooms were clean and I love the wood flooring in the rooms instead of carpet. Embassy Suites breakfast is always great, but Nora at the omelette station was fantastic. Super kind and friendly. The grits….omg, I wanted to take home a gallon of them. However, the pool is ridiculously small for such a big hotel, the hot tub smelled odd, and the amount of shenanigans being allowed was crazy. The mattresses are pretty hard and the pillows are flat. We called for extras (which they brought) but they knocked, gave me less than 20 seconds to answer and started walking away. They were getting onto the elevator in the time it took me to get off the bed and walk to the door.
The staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself appeared well maintained, especially in the lobby areas. Unfortunately, we did run into a few concerns during our stay. The sheets on one of the beds had orange residue on them, which made us question whether they had been freshly changed, and we also found a small dead roach in the bedding. Additionally, the beds were quite firm and uncomfortable for us personally, and both my husband and I woke up with back pain. Breakfast was decent, though somewhat limited in selection, and the lobby area became very crowded and a bit difficult to navigate during serving times. For the overall cost of the stay — approximately $240 plus the $75 refundable deposit for 1 night we checked in at 9pm I believed check out was 11am next day. — we had hoped for a slightly higher level of comfort and cleanliness, especially for a location considered more high-end. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the experience did not fully match the price point in our opinion.
Service was good. Banquet staff was on point and very helpful!!! The sales team was fast responding and offered solutions to every situation I could imagine. Worth every penny.
Had a great stay. Very easy check in, app also worked perfectly through the whole hotel. Breakfast was definitely above my hotel expectations with the made to order offerings. Staff was on top of cleaning everything in a timely manner especially in the restaurant and bar areas. Pool, Hot Tub, and Workout rooms were kept up well. Room was clean and much bigger than expected. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future trips to Houston.
Location was great and easy to access. I love Embassy Suites for their breakfast, and I finally checked in with enough time to take advantage of the happy hour. The service staff were all wonderful, from check-in, to the bar staff, and the morning breakfast staff were all very friendly! The rooms were great and Parking was free and seemed to be able to find a spot that I could view from my room. I really liked the public/common areas of the hotel-- clean and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.
The staff was immediately so welcoming and nice to my family and I. we stayed here for a month and they made sure we had everything we needed our whole stay. Great location. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was also great. No complaints. Thank you to the manager she was so sweet will be staying here again soon.
From the beginning of my stay to the very end, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, I realized I hadn’t done my due diligence in checking the official check-in time and arrived early due to my flight schedule. Despite this, I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the front desk who went above and beyond to find a room for me. As someone who travels frequently for work, I know how uncommon early check-ins can be—especially without status—so her kindness truly meant a lot to me and saved me from having to wait outside. Upon checkout, I was assisted by Zarha, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The level of customer service I received throughout my stay was exceptional. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to others, and I look forward to returning myself.
I am conflicted in this review because the staff and location was absolutely delightful. Wonderful customer service, clean rooms and convenient location. Restaurant next door (Kirkwood) is really delicious. However, I ordered room service from the hotel bar, Oasis, and the food was not great. Spinach artichoke dip was good and creamy, but the pita was hard and almost inedible. The worst part was the lemon cake, which I thought tasted old and upon further inspection, I believe there was mold on it (a couple of green spots). Highly recommend the hotel, highly recommend against the Oasis food.
This was a decent hotel. The rooms were very clean and the 2 queen with sofa bed we reserved had plenty of space for our group. Parking was ample and check in was quick. Location allows for quick access to other areas of Houston as well. The amenities were OK. The wifi was great, breakfast was great, if not a little chaotic, and the availability of a bar and ample lounge space downstairs was nice. The pool was lackluster however. It was incredibly chlorinated, so much so you could smell and feel it in your eyes outside the room. It was also indoors and not well ventilated so it was very muggy and stale. It is definitely on the small side as well as the hot tub.
We loved the staff. Everyone was polite. We had to cut our stay. The unbearable heat in the room. Seemed like the room never cooled off (even at night). The refrigerator also did not stay cool. We had a toddler who couldn’t sleep and their food went bad. We couldn’t stay there another night.
We had an excellent stay with a clean, spacious room and delicious breakfast each morning. The folks cooking the made-to-order omelettes and avocado toast were friendly, professional. At check-in Yolanda J made everything seamless and we …
This hotel deserves 5 star due to the amazing service/hospitality of all the staff. Special mention to Fatima and Yusuf at the front desk, and (I did not get the name) buy the chef. They all were so welcoming, always greeted with a smile, and went above and beyond to help and address any needs. Even the breakfast staff was wonderful, and for free breakfast, they had a very good variety of options including a custom omelette station. The rooms are spacious and clean. We attended an event at the hotel, and the event space was also very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My only complaints: 1)the AC in the room does not work well, and this was an issue for multiple rooms my family had booked during this stay 2) normally diamond guests get upgraded, but I was told at checkin that this hotel does not do that (they explained why which I appreciate but there was still room for an upgrade like to a corner room which is larger or a premium room). Overall 5 star across the board.
Very clean rooms, nice staff and nice facility.
The experience I had during my stay at this property was worth more than 5 stars! When I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing Yolanda. She immediately made me feel as if I was staying with family. She made sure that my room was …
