What makes Epic Events a particularly compelling choice is the breadth of services offered in-house. In addition to planning and coordination, Marilyn's team handles floral design and full décor — giving couples the rare advantage of having their planner and their florist working from the same creative blueprint, with discounts on flowers, linens, and other décor passed directly to the client. From invitation design to day-of installation, the studio builds each wedding's look from the ground up, with a table mockup and design studio meeting included so couples can see their vision come to life before the wedding day itself.
Pricing is clearly structured and inclusive of a planner and one assistant at every tier:
Full Planning & Event Design — $4,000 for up to 300 guests ($2,800 for micro weddings of 60 guests and under)
Partial Planning & Event Design — $3,000 for up to 300 guests ($2,200 for micro weddings)
Month-of / Day-of Coordination — $1,400 for up to 300 guests ($1,200 for micro weddings)
Design Only (no day-of coordination) — $1,500 for up to 300 guests
Every package includes unlimited virtual meetings, three on-site meetings, rehearsal orchestration, vendor management, a custom wedding timeline, and hands-on execution support through the entirety of the day. Corporate events are also accommodated.
