Ferah Catering & Events

Ferah was amazing and helped us have a fantastic wedding! From being super supportive in making sure we got the meal selection we wanted (invited us back for a second complimentary tasting when we had some items we wanted to tweak) to providing consistent and timely updates on everything from the day we signed with them to the day of the wedding, could not be happier. The fact that they have a policy requiring one of the two co-owners to attend every wedding is another massive plus since we get very close attention. On top of all this, they are great at last minute problem solving. We had a plated dinner service and unfortunately we had guests who decided to not sit in their assigned seats but the Ferah staff were able to do on-the-spot updated counts for each table and make sure everybody was fed and satisfied. 10/10, highly recommend and hope to use them in the future for any other events I may hold, not just weddings!

Honestly, a really good catering company on so many different levels. They communicate and provide excellent, professional service, with customer-first attitudes. They recently catered for my graduation party in May, and the willing sense of urgency these catering employees demonstrated is (in my opinion) top notch. FOOD & CLEANUP the cleanup and maintenance of the culinary items is great, they sweep, wipe and discard of trash quickly. They are very passionate, from our perspective, in what they do. My parents personally recommend Ferah Careeing for large gatherings if they want guaranteed professionalism with a mix of all sorts of foods. The foods themselves (for example, mashed potatoes), seem to be well made, and not too much texture that may overload sensitive senses. COMMUNICATION & STRATEGIC SETUPS If you’re nervous about a wedding or whatever, Ferah Catering lowkey won’t let you down.. at all!! They communicate months and weeks ahead of time, confirm locations, have excellent delivery capabilities, and the kitchen staff seem to have great knowledge when adapting and managing unexpected issues. Not to mention, Ferah’s restaurants (Southlake, Firewheel and Wylie locations) are all excellent places of upscale, cinematic and creative food concepts. This alone is what allowed me & my father to pick them in the first place :)) MANAGEMENT + OWNERS Kadir Atkas, who has 18 years of experience with food prep, management, workplace maintenance and social environments is an amazing Chef, he’s very nice and outgoing. Lot to learn from him. Burak Ozcan, also with heavy culinary experience, has provided outstanding customer support when leading his Catering Crews with event planning & navigation. I love the way he communicates with his employees. He’s a very loving, understanding, well-mannered dude. My upmost respects go to him, and I look forward to using Ferah Catering sometime in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience with Ferah! The food was absolutely amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. We only wish we had more photos to share, but we haven’t received all of our wedding photos yet! Their team was also incredible to work with from start to finish. They were so accommodating and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to guests with food allergies. They were very helpful in making sure those guests had options and felt taken care of. On the day of our wedding, their service was superb. Everything was organized and ran so smoothly, and their staff did a great job serving our guests. They even went above and beyond by bringing extra water for our guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of our favorite things was how helpful their staff was at the end of the night. Since we weren’t able to finish all of our food, they happily packed everything up for us so we could take it back to our hotel. We were able to enjoy the rest of our wedding food later that night, which was such a nice bonus! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience. The food was wonderful, the staff was amazing, and the service was truly exceptional. We would absolutely recommend Ferah to anyone looking for delicious food and a team that genuinely cares about making your event special. Thank you so much for being a part of our wedding! 💙💚

Ferah Catering is the best catering company for any event. When we first came in for the tasting, the experience was so wonderful and the food was so delicious. The staff at the restaurant noted every detail that we liked or disliked about the food. Stephanie was also wonderful with communication, pricing, dates flexibility, and very easy to work with. We initially started with booking for the wedding reception and also added a graduation party . Burak and Chasey stayed in touch with the venue coordinator to ensure a very smooth and enjoyable evening for us. For such important occasions, any issues are difficult to handle as our main focus is on the guests etc - but we were so happy that everything was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Ferah, a 10/10 rating, best in the business. A sincere thank you from our family, we hope to work with you again.

Ferah's Catering exceeded our expectations for our wedding! From the hors d’oeuvres and dinner to the service and drinks from the bartenders, everything was absolutely amazing. Our guests loved the food, and people were still talking about it the next day! I was actually hoping there would be some leftovers for me to take home, but I guess everyone enjoyed it a little too much! Haha! Beyond the food, we’re incredibly grateful for the experience you gave us from start to finish. Chasey's communication throughout the entire process was impeccable. Even when life got busy and it took us a little longer to respond to emails, Chasey was always so kind, patient, and respectful with her follow-ups. That truly meant a lot to us. Thank you to the entire Ferah's team for making sure everything ran so smoothly on our wedding day. It allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves and trust that everything was being taken care of. We’re so grateful that a previous couple referred Ferah's Catering to us because it truly was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We would absolutely use your services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for amazing food, great service, and a team that genuinely cares.
