Grand Pines Reserve is Montgomery County's newest wedding and events venue, set on 15 gorgeous pine tree-lined acres with scenic views throughout the property. Managed by Venue Director Marion Blalock Hubbard, the venue blends a modern build with traditional romance and rustic, winery-in-the-woods charm, accommodating up to 320 guests in the Grand Hall reception space.

Venue rental includes all-day access to the 15-acre property from 10 a.m. to midnight, along with your choice of the romantic indoor chapel (seating 240–300) or the outdoor botanical courtyard (up to 320) for your ceremony. Couples get their own private getting-ready suites — complete with complimentary beers for the guys and mimosas for the ladies — plus a covered breezeway and landscaped Great Lawn for cocktail hour and photos. The reception hall comes set with 60" round guest tables, 320 dark wood cross-back chairs, and an on-site event manager to oversee the facility.

Pricing varies by season and day of the week. Prime season (April, May, October, November) runs $4,700–$10,900; peak season (March, June, September, December) runs $4,500–$9,900; and off-peak season (July, August, January, February) runs $4,200–$8,900, with Saturdays priced highest across all seasons. Additional hours can be added for $600/hour.

Couples can choose a venue-only rental or add one of the vendor packages for extra planning support. Outside decor is welcome with pre-approved hanging methods, and the venue partners with B E Winery for bar service — couples may also bring their own hard liquor and mixers, served by venue staff at no extra charge. A professional day-of coordinator is required, and discounts are available for couples where the bride or groom is a first responder or in the military.
