Holiday Inn & Suites Beaumont-Plaza Beaumont, TX · Reception Venue
Go big in the largest ballroom Southeast Texas has to offer.
Set within a sprawling 26,000-square-foot convention center, the Holiday Inn & Suites Beaumont-Plaza gives couples room to dream at scale. The property houses twenty meeting rooms in total, but the true showstopper is its ballroom, the largest in Southeast Texas, offering expansive dimensions that turn any reception into a grand affair.
What makes this space special is its sheer flexibility. The ballroom's generous footprint acts as a blank canvas, ready to be shaped into whatever vision a couple brings to it, whether that's a lavish multi-course dinner and dance floor or a more elaborate, multi-zone celebration. For couples planning a larger guest list or dreaming big on design, the scale here opens up possibilities that smaller venues simply can't match.
Beyond the ballroom itself, the surrounding convention center adds practical versatility, with additional meeting rooms available for related events like rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, or overflow needs, all under one roof.
Space: Ballroom, largest in Southeast Texas, part of a 26,000 sq. ft. convention center with 20 meeting rooms
Capacity: Not specified, contact venue for details
Style: Grand, spacious, adaptable

Helpful front desk staff! I needed to know if there was any nail salons in walking distance and she hooked me up with a good spot! Clean rooms, beautiful waterfall feature and my baby had a lot of fun in the pool! Thank God for late check outs if staying in Beaumont again this is where I’ll go!
Our stay was great with a couple of exceptions. The quilt on one of the beds was dirty and needed washed. The room had a dehumidifier in it which filled up quickly. When it was full, it shut down and the room quickly became moist because …
All in all, it was a good stay.Other than it was a little hard to get with the cleaning people
I stayed at this hotel, along with two colleagues, for work. I did like the way the hotel was set up. The inside is like one big atrium with open hall and rooms all the way around. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say about …
Manager Angel was friendly and courteous she took great care of our group. The maintenance man George was so nice and friendly. The two ladies behind the bar were wonderful, they took the best care of us even with our dinner meals. Breakfast was the best ever. I loved the omelettes.
