We paid a total of $175.62, including taxes, delivery fees, and tip, and unfortunately, the flowers arrived wilted. Given the amount we paid, we were extremely disappointed with the condition and overall quality of the arrangement upon delivery. Please note that the flowers were personally handed directly to the recipient and were not left outside at any point. Therefore, their wilted condition was not due to heat, weather, or being left unattended after delivery. They were received in that condition. For an arrangement at this price point, we expected the flowers to arrive fresh and in excellent condition.
