Just 15 minutes from DFW Airport, Luxor pairs an elegant, full-service ballroom with the warmth and flexibility of a family-owned operation — offering couples an affordable path to a beautifully executed wedding without sacrificing style or service.
The venue's single elegant ballroom accommodates up to 250 seated guests, featuring crystal chandeliers, an extra-large dance floor and stage built for live performances, sangeet nights, or a DJ set that keeps the party going all night. A dedicated VIP Bridal Suite — complete with a mirrored, fully-lit vanity wall — gives brides a private space to get ready and share intimate moments with bridesmaids and family before the big reveal.
Luxor is especially known for hosting Indian and Pakistani celebrations, offering a versatile white ballroom that adapts easily to mehndi, sangeet, and full traditional wedding decor, alongside its work with quinceañeras and other cultural milestones — all backed by a design team that customizes décor around each couple's colors and vision rather than a fixed catalog.
Every wedding is supported by an on-site event manager and event staff, who handle everything from serving drinks and clearing glassware to pouring champagne and cutting the cake — keeping the night running smoothly so the couple and their families can simply enjoy it. Full-service catering partners are available to handle the menu, and the hall provides tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and a sound system as part of every booking.

We had our Sangeet (pre-wedding welcome event) here, and it was amazing! Oscar was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating, and Celeste did a great job with the decor. Pricing was super reasonable, and their open vendor policy is super nice for catering. They even let us drop off drinks the day before and put them on ice for us. Overall an awesome experience, would highly recommend!
