I hired Mahi events for my mehndi decor. The set up was phenomenal. My guests loved it. The decor was elegant and pretty. I was happy they took the time to listen to my ideas and look at my inspiration photos. I received a digital sketch of how my stage would look prior to the event and it was even better in person!

Not only are they highly efficient, but they are also extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Every piece of decor was set up with care, ensuring it was in pristine condition and perfectly aligned with the theme of each event. Naiha’s expertise and creative insight were unmatched. She made the entire process seamless and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Working with Naiha and her team was an absolute pleasure. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared about making sure we were 100% satisfied with every detail. The biggest highlight for us was our reception decor. We showed Naiha an AI-generated image of the canopy ceiling design we envisioned, and not only did she bring it to life, but she replicated it EXACTLY somehow making it even more beautiful than we had imagined. Seeing our dream design transformed into reality was truly incredible. Genuinely the greatest decorator of all time. She was SO gracious & understanding of my vision as well as budget. Words cannot express how grateful I am for her generosity towards my entire wedding. There’s not a lot of vendors out there that are as thoughtful and kind as her. She TRULY went above and beyond for my events. From the centerpieces to the backdrop, everything was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Mahi Events and Decor. Trust me, there’s no one else out there that’s like her (ESPECIALLY in the wedding industry)!

There was never any issue involving anyone’s safety, and it is disappointing that this is being used to deflect from the actual concerns we raised. At no point did we feel professionalism, care, or respect from your team. It became clear that our experience and satisfaction as clients were not your priority. Your emphasis on how this review does not reflect the experiences of your other clients only reinforces that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. We clearly communicated that the colors and materials were not what we had agreed upon. Instead of addressing and correcting the issue, you became frustrated, and your husband threatened not to complete the project despite having already received full payment. As paying clients, we expected accountability and a genuine effort to deliver what was promised. Unfortunately, that is not what we received, and this review accurately reflects our experience.
