MINS Event Center is a versatile event venue located at 921 Cypress Creek Pkwy in Houston, offering several individually styled spaces that can be booked according to the size and style of an event. Its current venue lineup includes The Ballroom, The White Room, The Floral Room, and The Mini Room, giving hosts multiple options rather than a one-size-fits-all ballroom experience.

The Ballroom is the venue's largest option, with Saturday booking choices including a 9 AM–4 PM brunch slot for $1,500, a 6 PM–1 AM dinner slot for $1,500, or a 12-hour rental for $2,800. Monday–Thursday hourly bookings are available at $150/hour with a five-hour minimum. A $300 refundable security deposit applies to bookings.

For smaller celebrations, The White Room offers Saturday brunch from 9 AM–4 PM for $1,000, a 6 PM–1 AM dinner rental for $1,000, or a full-day 10 AM–1 AM rental for $1,700. Monday–Thursday bookings are available at $100/hour with a two-hour minimum, making it suitable for hosts who need a more intimate space without booking a large ballroom.

The Floral Room provides another styled option, with Saturday brunch available from 9 AM–4 PM for $900 or a full-day rental for $1,600. Monday–Thursday rentals are $100/hour with a four-hour minimum. Like the other spaces, bookings are subject to a $300 refundable security deposit.

For particularly intimate events, The Mini Room offers Saturday brunch for $700, dinner from 6 PM–1 AM for $700, or a 12-hour rental for $1,200. Monday–Thursday rentals are $100/hour with a six-hour minimum. Friday and Sunday booking windows are also available.

Beyond individual room rentals, MINS offers premium package options for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and community or corporate events. Its wedding packages are designed to provide a more curated experience, while the venue also promotes packages specifically intended to simplify planning and incorporate event styling.
