Absolutely perfect!🤩 Hosting our daughter and son in laws first baby shower went so smooth and calm. MSD did an amazing job for my son’s graduation party. The gentleman that delivered my order was very prompt and professional. He took the time to make sure we had everything that we ordered and even helped us set up our tables. The tables and chairs were very clean and looked well maintained. We have been using this rental company for the past 6 years, and they never disappoint! Over the years, we’ve rented everything from tables, chairs, tents, water slides, bounce houses, hot dog warmers, popcorn and shaved ice machines, even a DJ! We rented an inflatable water slide from MSD services party rental for my son’s 6th birthday and had such a great experience! The slide was clean, in great condition, and was definitely the highlight of the party. The setup and pickup were quick and easy, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. The kids played on it nonstop all day. We’ll definitely be renting from them again for future parties and highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their event extra fun!

They communicated a lot on drop off and pickup of items, easy payment and the chairs we rented were in great shape. They take pride in their work and it’s refreshing to find this level of service. I have used MSD rentals several times over the last two years, and it's been absolutely exceptional every time! The most recent time, I literally called at 11:00am on a Friday, and Steven made it happen! He had a unit in stock, had it prepped, delivered and setup before 4:00pm the same day. He and his team are the absolute best in the business, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for your party rental needs!!

One of the best experiences with a jump house business, I love how they have specials it makes you want to book even more. They had some jump houses I’ve never seen before and the kids enjoyed it, so much so we had to tell them it’s time for him to take it! Even after him waiting another 10-15 min after pick up time. Very prompt on time had no issues and will be booking again!

I’ve hired MSD three times so far for my Eid parties and they never disappoint… the kids look forward to their inflatables which are always kept in a great condition… they are flexible with the times and always welling to work with you. I got the slide with the ball pit which the kids loved and later changed into water slide 😅 and i also got the wrestling inflatable which was for older kids. The owner is super nice and they do a great job in the after-cleaning. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

The tables and chairs we ordered for a graduation party arrived extremely dirty. It looked as though they had not been cleaned in quite some time. We also ordered table covers that were not delivered initially. I had to contact customer service and when they sent them back out, they were delivered to the wrong house. Customer service was quick to respond but overall I was dissatisfied with my experience with this company.

Steven was great. From booking to the day of the event he was in contact with me and delivered and set up ahead of time that was promised . The kids loved the balloon bubble dome it was a huge hit with all the kids. Big and little. Will definitely book with Steven again for all future events… maybe next we will do a water slide for summer that looks like a lot of fun !! Thanks again for making our celebration a great one ! ❤️

Loved my experience with MSD services party rentals… They came very early to set up the bouncy house, he helped me place it where I can have the maximum use of my space and the bouncy house… the bouncy house was used with water and he helped set that up too. It was of a great quality and the kids had so much fun!!! He came the next day and took it out and left the area nice and clean! I loved my experience and will be definitely using them again for my future events

MSD supplied us with a moon bounce for the kiddos to play in during my baby shower. With a day before heads up they were able to deliver and set it up early. Steven is very communicative and professional all around. The moon bounce was clean and worked perfectly! The kids loved the slide combo and slept great that night after all the bouncing fun. I had a great experience with MSD services. When I looked at the bouncy house/ waterside combo I was interested in. I filled something out and Steven called me pretty soon after. He was extremely helpful and very nice to talk with. He even sent me a picture and video of the exact slide that I was renting so I had a better idea of what to expect. That was really helpful. The slide arrived well ahead of our scheduled rental time on the day of my daughter's birthday set up and ready to go. I stayed in contact with Steven before the big day and after and every time he was just super nice and helpful when I spoke with him. I love this place. We have been there customers now for 2 years. They always have perks that come with renting their equipment which is exciting and makes renting from them fun and valuable. This year we received balls for an inflatables unit. We also had a whole extra day with the equipment these kinds of gestures speak volumes to me that they care about customer service. They also make it easy to rent items for as soon as you start looking on their website they have a customer service agent texting you to help with your order. From making sure your renting age appropriate equipment from making sure you have enough to accommodate your party. This is by far the best place to rent party equipment from. The bounce house was great. It was well maintained and clean. The gentleman that set it up (and removed it) was very personable and polite. My only complaint is that I ordered it to be set up at 8:30am for a 10am kids birthday party. They did not show up until 9:55am. Some guests were already arriving.

This has to be one of the best rental places I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve needed lots of chairs for two different events and these people were FAST and so easy to deal with! They insisted on delivery and pick up and they were prompt and efficient! I will always use them for any event. So reliable and answer fast.
