Founded in 2015 by Certified Wedding Planner Brandi Ingram, NXT LVL Weddings & Events is a full service wedding and event planning company based in Houston, Texas, serving couples throughout Spring, Montgomery, Katy, Brookshire, and New Ulm, in addition to Houston itself. With hundreds of weddings behind the team, the mission is to give clients the most memorable experience while alleviating stress from start to finish, with a trusted team of Certified Wedding Planners elevating every wedding to the next level.
Couples can choose from Full Service, Partial Planning, or Wedding Management services depending on how much support they need. The Full Service Management and Partial Planning packages guide couples through a full twelve or six month planning process, while the Wedding Management package is built for couples who have already spent months planning and want a specialist to take the reins. NXT LVL is firm that this is not simple day-of coordination: Wedding Management encompasses months of hands-on planning, development, and design, giving couples the peace of mind and expert resources they need well before the wedding day arrives.
On the day itself, the team confirms and manages every selected vendor, helps run the rehearsal, and coordinates the ceremony and reception so everything goes exactly as planned, overseeing setup from all vendors and handling any issues so family and friends can simply enjoy the celebration. Package pricing is based on wedding details, client needs, and required travel, and every package can be paired with a la carte add-on services such as budget management, RSVP tracking, and hotel and transportation coordination.
NXT LVL also welcomes intimate weddings of 50 guests or fewer and works with all loving couples. Every partnership begins with a complimentary phone or video chat to make sure both sides are the right fit before planning begins.
