I cannot recommend RLA enough! As someone who is extremely picky and very particular about how I wanted each look, they truly listened to every detail and delivered exactly what I envisioned for my wedding events. Matter of fact, RLA helped me create the vision. From the glam to the hairstyles, everything felt flawless and completely “me.” What impressed me even more was how organized and professional they were throughout the entire weekend. I had multiple events back-to-back on the same day, and they kept everything running perfectly on schedule without making me feel rushed or overly stressed. They made sure I was ready on time for every event while still paying attention to every little detail. I even had a welcome night immediately after my Satak, and Vidya and Emily were somehow able to completely transition my look in just 10 minutes. I was honestly amazed at how quickly they changed the hair and make up. That level of efficiency and talent made such a difference during a hectic wedding schedule. Another thing I appreciated so much was how protective and supportive they were during the getting ready process. If there was someone I didn’t want in the room while getting ready, they had no problem being the “bad cop” and respectfully not letting people in so I could stay calm and stress-free. That honestly meant the world to me during such an emotional and hectic weekend. They were calm, talented, accommodating, and genuinely made the entire experience smooth. If you’re looking for a team that can handle high pressure wedding timelines while still delivering beautiful, personalized results, I would absolutely book them again!

Vidya and her team absolutely killed it for my wedding!! In addition to myself, the team with very limited time got 5 additional family members ready. We got married in the Dominican Republic and were fighting heat and humidity on a different level! She executed the looks that I wanted for each event so perfectly! I felt like an absolute princess and got so many endless compliments. Despite tight timelines, I never once felt rushed or pressured at all while in Vidya’s chair. She ensured all my jewelry and draping for my events were perfect and continued to do touch ups up until I walked down the aisle! The vibes that her team brought to my wedding experience were unmatched! I would recommend her over and over again!

Vidya & Team did a phenomenal job. I could not recommend their services more! She was really easy to communicate with and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. The makeup and hair looked stunning. I would use her for every event need.

I got married in October 2024 and not only did RLA absolutely killed it with hair and makeup. But they were so helpful with so many other things. At one point they were ironing and steaming clothes for the wedding party? And they were so sweet singing and dancing with us!! The made the morning so fun and special. Amazing team!! Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

Wow... where to even begin! I can’t say that I particularly loved waking up super early for hair and makeup on my wedding weekend, but if it meant singing Backstreet Boys with Vidya and her team again while the sun was barely up, I’d 1000% do it!!! What an experience! Not only are they all EXTREMELY talented, but the level of love and care that I felt from every single one of them is just indescribable. From makeup… to hair… to pinning my outfit in place, I felt so secure and absolutely gorgeous! I will forever be so grateful to Red Lotus!!! When I hear the intro song to The Hills, I’ll always think of the dream team!
