S&A Events is a Central Texas-based wedding planning and coordination company led by Sabeera and Ariba — a dynamic duo whose shared passion for culturally rich, meticulously executed celebrations has made them one of the most sought-after South Asian wedding coordinator teams in the region.
Sabeera and Ariba specialize in crafting exquisite multi-day South Asian celebrations that honor traditions while embracing modern elegance — from intimate nikah ceremonies to full wedding weekends spanning mehndi, shaadi, and valima. For couples whose celebrations span multiple events and multiple families, S&A Events brings the organizational discipline, cultural fluency, and genuine warmth to make every single event feel as carefully considered as the last.

Services are offered across three tiers, with pricing shared upon inquiry:
Day-of Coordination — beginning two weeks prior to the event date; covers full vendor liaison, comprehensive timeline management, transportation of small items, exit planning, and complete on-the-day execution so couples can be fully present.
Partial Planning — beginning two to four months out; designed for couples who have started planning and need expert support to finalize vendors, maintain communication, craft a comprehensive timeline, and execute the day seamlessly. Includes day-of coordination.
Full Planning — beginning six months to one year out; a complete end-to-end planning experience covering vendor assembly, personalized design curation, and meticulous oversight of every detail from concept through execution. Includes day-of coordination.
