Rather than a single flat rental rate, the venue offers four tiered, transparently priced packages: The Gathering Rental (from $999 weekday / $1,649 weekend), a six-hour bare-venue rental with tables, chairs, and cleaning included for hosts bringing their own vendors and decor; The Styled Gathering (from $3,499), a four-hour styled rental with linens, faux florals, and a backdrop panel; a Baby or Bridal Shower Luxury Celebration Experience (from $4,999 weekday / $5,549 weekend) with designer table settings, premium florals, and custom balloon and panel backdrops; and a Micro Wedding package (from $8,999 weekday / $9,549 weekend) covering both ceremony and reception in an intimate, cocktail-style format with sweetheart table styling and custom ceremony and reception backdrops.

From start to finish, Tina made sure that I was getting a 5 star experience! She went over all the decor, pricing, and details I didn’t even think to inquire about; my micro wedding was a true success thanks to her coordination of the event. If you are looking for a DJ, bar service, Photo Booth, etc. she has it all! The space was beautiful and I would highly recommend anyone planning a micro wedding or small event to book with Tina and Sage and Blush Co. 🩷
I love the size and space of this venue. It was perfect for my son’s 5th birthday party. And the owner is the best. She was very professional and really nice. She helped bring my vision to life and I felt not stress at all. I highly recommend this venue!!

As I attended for a network event, It was nothing but absolute greatness when I walked in. From the decorations to down to the guest and staff. The environment was clean and calm. The facility was clean and well managed. The staff accommodated all the needs of everyone in the building without asking. They were nice and always there when needed. I would most definitely book this event venue for my needs.
