The family-run business has been serving its Hyderabadi tradition since 2017 and caters events ranging from intimate gatherings to celebrations of 3,000+ guests.

Their menu is centered around signature Hyderabadi dum biryani, including goat, chicken, and vegetarian options, alongside haleem, curries, kababs, tandoori grills, seafood, naan, traditional Hyderabadi desserts, and more. Popular selections include Goat Dum Biryani, Chicken Dum Biryani, Goat Haleem, Chicken Tikka, Sheek Kababs, Bihari Kababs, and their Golden Shaahi Platter.

For events, Shaahi Biryani offers custom catering menus for 50 to 3,000+ guests, with both half-pan and full-pan options available. Their catering can include large-tray service, custom menu planning, delivery, and live biryani stations for couples who want an interactive element at their celebration. Vegetarian and Jain options are also available upon request.

Their catering is particularly suited to South Asian weddings and Walimas, where a traditional Hyderabadi spread can be built around the couple's guest count and menu preferences. Shaahi Biryani states that its catered food is prepared fresh the morning of the event, with every meat dish sourced from Hafsah Certified and HMS Certified suppliers.
