Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental

We booked The Room through booking.com got there was unable to stay due to unforeseen reasons like left my drivers license at MD Anderson while filling out all the paperwork so because the card was in my name that it was booked under I was unable to stay I could not show proof of it being my card although I had every other thing in the world in my purse and on my person that would prove it the man at the front desk said no and that there was no other way that he can help me. Note he did stick to Policy. Even customer service from booking.com tried to verify who I am with the man at the front desk as I have traveled so extensively over the last 18 months but to no avail and because it was booked through a third party I still have not received my money back. Good luck good luck. I wouldn't go not for that price anyway a king room no frills no fridge no microwave 8 floors up starting at 135 plus 3 rows of taxes and fees over 150 in all a night. Our friends stayed because it was so late but we had to find other accommodations after such a long day due to medical reasons.

Do not stay here for one minute! I must call the health department and the exterminator... As you enter and wait to be check in, if you sit in the lobbies downstairs and the second floor, the air isn't flowing at a descend temperature. You can hear the white noise throughout the building like it's going to cave in! If you sut down on their outdated furniture, you begin to itch, and itching, the break out! It was unbearable and so many dogs were there...If you have old wool chairs, never donate them just be sure to order new sets for the whole hotel itself. My check in time tuned into checkout very fassst!

My experience at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental was an absolute disaster. Not only is the hotel **Filthy** with **Cockroaches** in the room, but the level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is staggering. After returning home from our stay, I noticed a **$550** charge that was never mentioned during check-in or check-out. This charge came out of nowhere, and when I tried to contact the hotel for an explanation, I was either put on hold indefinitely or **hung up on**. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I've been completely ignored. The staff seems to have no interest in addressing their shady practices, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Combine this with the disgusting condition of the hotel, and it's clear that the **Sheraton North Houston** is not just a disappointment, but a complete scam. **Avoid this place at all costs** It's dirty, dishonest, and unprofessional. I will never stay here again. **Beware of hidden charges!**
