Known for her signature textured high bun updos, Hollywood waves, and flawless airbrush makeup, Tu works with brides across the greater Houston area with a calm, personable presence and a standard of artistry that clients consistently describe as transformative — looks that hold all day, photographs beautifully, and feels genuinely like the best version of you.
Solarium Beauty is a mobile studio — Tu and her team travel directly to your venue, getting-ready suite, or home, so your wedding morning unfolds exactly where you want it to. With a clear, fully inclusive package structure and transparent à la carte pricing, there are no surprises when it comes to booking. Three bridal packages are available:
The Signature Bride Collection — $995: Wedding day hair and makeup for the bride, a bridal trial session, lashes included, airbrush makeup included, travel up to 25 miles, and a complimentary touch-up kit.
The Bridal Party Collection — $1,895: Everything in the Signature Collection, plus hair and makeup for 3 bridal party members, early riser fee included (before 7 AM), one assistant for hair and makeup, and travel up to 25 miles for 2 artists.
The Elite Collection — $2,795: Everything in the Signature Collection, plus hair and makeup for 6 bridal party members, early riser fee included, two assistants for hair and makeup, and travel up to 25 miles for 3 artists.
À la carte additions include additional bridesmaid hair and makeup ($275 per person), guest hair or makeup styling ($135 each), blow dry ($115), hair extension application ($115), junior bridesmaid or flower girl hair and makeup ($75 each), touchup or second hairstyle ($245), photoshoot hair or makeup ($135), extra assistant ($100), and travel beyond 25 miles at $1 per minute of drive time.

Things that stood out to me about Tu include: - she was very easy to communicate with and understood my preferences really well. - she was always on time/early for my makeup trial and on the day of the wedding. - she completed everyone’s makeup quickly without compromising the quality of the finished makeup look. I’d also like to add that I got married in August during peak Houston summer heat and humidity. My makeup did not budge. She equips you with a day of emergency makeup kit which was also very helpful.
