Southfork Ranch offers a distinctive setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, private celebrations, corporate events, and other special occasions. Located at 3700 Hogge Road in Parker, Texas, the property is famously associated with the Ewing family and the television series Dallas. Today, the ranch combines its recognizable Texas character with more than 60,000 square feet of indoor event space and more than 200,000 square feet of outdoor event space. Wedding celebrations can range from intimate gatherings to events accommodating as many as 1,500 guests.

Southfork offers several distinct event spaces. The Oil Baron's Ballroom is the property's largest event venue, spanning 26,500 square feet plus a 1,045-square-foot balcony. It accommodates approximately 1,200–1,500 guests and features a 30-by-41-foot stage, a 29-by-16-foot LED screen, built-in speakers and subwoofers, balcony views, and dedicated load-in and load-out access. The Lone Star Atrium provides 16,000 square feet and accommodates approximately 600–1,000 guests, with soaring ceilings, natural light, antique lampposts, string lighting, and Texas-inspired brick flooring.

For more moderately sized receptions, The Ewing Ballrooms offer 6,300 square feet and accommodate approximately 300–350 guests. The space can be divided into three separate rooms or opened into one larger ballroom, with a 70-inch LED screen and integrated sound system in each section. The ballrooms also provide outdoor access and can connect to the Ewing Lobby for additional pre-function space. Dallas Palace, at 3,500 square feet, accommodates approximately 190–250 guests and features a coffered ceiling with chandeliers, private restrooms, a motorized screen, integrated sound, and a direct connection to Lincoln & Longhorns.

Outdoor celebrations can take advantage of the ranch's expansive grounds and views of the Ewing Mansion. The property's event spaces include outdoor patios and scenic areas that can be incorporated into weddings, cocktail hours, receptions, and other gatherings. The ranch's combination of indoor and outdoor spaces allows couples to create an event with separate locations for ceremonies, cocktails, dinner, and dancing.

Southfork Ranch provides event management and in-house catering as part of its wedding services. Each wedding is assigned a dedicated Banquet Manager who oversees the venue's services on the event day and works with the couple's wedding planner or coordinator. A Sales Manager works with the couple or planner in advance to finalize menus, layouts, and other event details. The venue specifically distinguishes its event management service from day-of wedding coordination, so couples who want full wedding coordination should arrange their own wedding planner or coordinator.

Every room rental includes standard china, glassware, silverware, white garden chairs for up to 250 guests, black banquet chairs for larger events of 800 or more, 60-inch round tables, cocktail tables, six- and eight-foot banquet tables, house black, ivory, or white linens and napkins, an adjustable dance floor and staging, and complimentary parking. Additional venue features and services can be added depending on the event's requirements and budget.

Catering is available in-house, with options including plated dinners, dinner buffets, breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, carving stations, small-plate stations, desserts, late-night snacks, and specialty beverage packages. The catering team can accommodate specialty cuisines, including Halal, as well as vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan meals with advance notice. Bar service is also provided by Southfork Ranch, and outside alcohol is not permitted.

Pricing is discussed based on the selected spaces, guest count, catering, beverage service, and additional event requirements. Couples can submit an event inquiry to receive package and pricing information tailored to their celebration.

The ranch offers complimentary self-parking, with customizable valet service available. Bridal and groom's rooms are available based on availability. While Southfork Ranch is not a traditional hotel, nearby accommodations can be recommended, and the property offers a unique overnight experience in the Ewing Mansion for up to four guests, subject to availability and an additional fee.
