Spread Oaks Ranch is a pristine, historic 5,500-acre ranch nestled along a five-mile stretch of the Colorado River just northwest of Bay City, Texas, offering couples an exclusive, one-group-at-a-time destination wedding experience. Managed by Becky Rosser, the ranch accommodates up to 150 guests for the event itself, with on-property lodging for 24 guests in double-occupancy rooms.
Pricing starts at $35,000 for exclusive access to the property for the wedding, which includes portable bathrooms, tents, chairs, and tables — food, decor, flowers, and accommodations are all arranged separately, with overnight stays available at $850 per person, per night. Guests can enjoy chef-prepared, field-to-table and farm-to-table cuisine featuring the ranch's own heritage hams, sausages, and produce, along with amenities like a stocked bass lake, skeet range, and an infinity-edge swim spa. Every event is custom designed around the couple's vision, with the team working closely with brides and families to bring their specific wishes to life.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol, though outside bartenders are required. Ample parking is available on-site, and smoking is permitted outdoors only.

This place is a hidden gem! The hospitality is amazing and the views are truly beautiful. Every meal was superb. Highly recommend for anyone that would like to get away and relax.
