The Ace Event Venue is a luxury event space in Carrollton designed for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and milestone celebrations. With a 5,000+ square-foot ballroom, high ceilings, and a versatile open layout, the venue offers an elegant setting for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations of up to 250 guests.
The venue features a VIP lounge, private changing rooms and bridal suites, premium lighting, a 120-inch 4K LED screen, professional sound equipment, and an equipped catering prep kitchen. Their all-inclusive packages can also include décor, linens, centerpieces, setup and cleanup, security, and additional event enhancements.
With a flexible vendor policy and zero vendor fees, hosts can bring their own caterers, decorators, photographers, DJs, and other event professionals. The Ace also provides 200+ free on-site parking spaces and serves communities throughout the DFW Metroplex, including Dallas, Plano, Addison, Frisco, Irving, and surrounding areas.

This venue spot was very nice. Our friend had his 50th bday celebration at this venue.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding how the venue was prepared and managed for my husband’s 50th birthday party on 9/18/26. The space and experience provided did not match what was presented to me during our initial tour. Unfortunately, the venue failed to meet expectations in several critical areas: Setup and Layout: The entire room setup was not done according to the layout sent. Linens: There were not enough table covers provided. To make matters worse, the covers that were initially provided were visibly damaged. Technology: The HD monitor did not display the content we requested, which disrupted our planned event. Facilities & Cleanliness: The men's bathroom was not fully clean when our guests arrived. Additionally, the kitchen refrigerator and food warmer were not initially turned on, which created unnecessary delays and issues for our food prep. Overall, the venue fell far short of a professional standard for a milestone event. Due to this experience, I will not be referring any future clients to the venue.
