The Houston Room Venue is a modern, flexible event space located near 288 and Beltway 8 in Houston, offering a polished setting for celebrations of up to 100 guests. From its marble-floored foyer to the main event room’s distinctive architecture and dramatic lighting, the venue is designed to provide a stylish backdrop that can be customized for different types of events.
The venue welcomes a wide range of celebrations, including weddings, birthday celebrations, mitzvahs, charity events, fashion shows, company parties, opening-night events, product launches, and private gatherings. Its flexible layout and included furnishings make it possible for clients to build their event around their preferred theme, décor, entertainment, and vendors.
For couples planning a wedding or South Asian celebration, the venue provides a useful combination of space and built-in amenities. The rental includes round tables, 100 gold fanfare chairs, rectangular tables, a kitchenette area, Bluetooth sound system, two handicap-accessible restrooms, and secure on-site parking. A mobile bar is also available, while premium table linens, event décor, backdrops, balloon arches, and a photo booth can be added separately.
Pricing is structured around flexible rental periods. Monday–Thursday rentals are $200 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Weekend pricing starts at $1,500 for a half-day on Friday and Sunday, while Saturday daytime is also $1,500 for a half-day. Saturday evening is listed at $1,800 for eight hours, with full-day Saturday pricing at $2,900. Weekend packages include the venue amenities and security.

The Houston Room is absolutely stunning. The owner Kari Houston and her staff lead, Keisha were very friendly, kind and professional. I didn’t have to worry about decorations because they took care of table linens, table settings and centerpieces. It’s a huge open space and was very accommodating and comfortable for our event. We’ll definitely utilize again and highly recommend.

Beautiful venue. Convenient location. Kari and her team did a great job on my 40th birthday celebration earlier this month. She listened to my vision and executed it with perfection. The security guard was great - very helpful/attentive.
Great for small gatherings. Got a little warm, a/c needs a little work
