The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel — Luxury Wedding & Event Venue | Fort Worth, TX
An iconic landmark in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel is one of North Texas's most celebrated and comprehensive wedding destinations — a newly redesigned, full-service luxury hotel with 57,000 square feet of flexible event space, four distinct wedding venues, world-class culinary offerings, 504 beautifully renovated guest rooms, and a team of seasoned event and banquet managers dedicated to turning every wedding vision into an unforgettable reality. Overlooking the vibrant Sundance Square — Fort Worth's premier entertainment and dining district — The Worthington Renaissance offers couples not just a venue, but an entire downtown experience for their guests.
The property's four signature event spaces give couples remarkable flexibility across every format and every guest count:
The Grand Ballroom — The crown jewel of the property, spanning 10,530 sq ft with soaring high ceilings, rich mahogany wood accents, printed wallpaper, and elegant carpeting. Accommodating up to 1,400 guests for a ceremony or banquet, this is one of the grandest ballroom spaces in all of Fort Worth — perfectly suited for large South Asian multi-day wedding celebrations, gala receptions, and any occasion where scale and elegance must coexist. The adjacent Grand Ballroom Foyer (3,690 sq ft) features two built-in bars and a balcony that accommodates a live mariachi band, violinist, or dhol players — making it an ideal cocktail hour space.
The Rio Grande Ballroom — At 12,600 sq ft, the Rio Grande is the property's largest single room, accommodating up to 1,200 seated guests and featuring illuminated columns that shift to virtually any color imaginable — transforming the room's entire atmosphere to match any wedding color palette, cultural theme, or lighting vision. With convenient access to the Trinity level restrooms and the West Portico, this space is as functional as it is spectacular.
The Trinity Ballroom — A chic, mid-size ballroom at 5,450 sq ft with 12-foot ceilings, accommodating up to 380 seated guests or 500 for a standing reception. Complete with a Grand Staircase just outside in the Trinity Foyer — one of the most photographed spaces in the entire hotel — the Trinity Ballroom is ideal for Sangeet nights, Mehndi celebrations, rehearsal dinners, or mid-sized receptions that want an intimate feel without sacrificing elegance.
The Terrace — The property's most beloved outdoor space and its best-kept secret. Hovering three levels above downtown Fort Worth, this 11,300 sq ft al fresco terrace features gorgeous fountains on either side of the altar, a lovely pergola, panoramic views of Fort Worth City Hall and the downtown skyline, and the kind of natural evening light that makes every ceremony photograph beautifully. Accommodating up to 250 guests, the fountains can be quieted during the ceremony for a serene, intimate open-air experience — one that guests consistently call the highlight of the weekend.
Culinary excellence is central to every Worthington wedding. The hotel's world-class culinary team crafts fully customized menus — from cocktail hour canapés and multi-course reception dinners to morning-after brunch — with every detail tailored to the couple's vision, cultural preferences, and guest dietary needs. The property is also home to ToroToro, Chef Richard Sandoval's acclaimed Mexican and Peruvian restaurant, available for private buyout dinners and intimate family gatherings of 10 to 150 guests. Full wedding planning and banquet management is provided by the hotel's certified on-site events team, covering everything from seating arrangements and vendor coordination to room blocks and catering logistics.
Full wedding packages start from $10,000, with capacity for up to 650 seated guests across combined spaces and up to 1,400 in the Grand Ballroom alone.

My husband booked this getaway for our wedding anniversary. We received confirmation of our room and were prompted to check-in one day early, which was completed immediately. In our accommodation noted we stated the approximate time of …
I worked a Casino Party fund raiser in the main Ballroom and I had parked in the Worthington parking garage. I assumed that parking would be provided since I had been invited to work the event. I asked 3 different people to validate my parking ticket and the 3rd time was a charm and her name was Renee. She made a few calls and had me meet her at the exit gate, she put a sticker mn
Beautiful hotel, located in the perfect spot! I enjoyed the gorgeous bar, and surrounding area. The room was freezing, with no ability to change the temperature, towels were scratchy and thin, and the walls thin so you can hear your neighbors, but the bedding was perfect, the shower was awesome, and the room was nicely decorated. I loved my view too! Got to see the fireworks perfectly!
I had a wonderful stay, rooms were very clean upon our arrival and could not have been better. Francisco went above and beyond and did an exceptional job at valet. Will definitely be staying here in the future!!
As a frequent traveler for work this hotel was let down. If all possible do not book a room facing the interstate. Traffic and vehicle racing all night makes it hard to get a good nights rest. Also self parking rates are ridiculously high for the location to the hotel. Will reconsider when in Dallas again.
