T&P Station — Historic Wedding & Event Venue, Fort Worth, TX

T&P Station is set inside Fort Worth's iconic Texas & Pacific Station, a historic 1931 ballroom in the heart of downtown featuring soaring ceilings, gleaming chandeliers, and timeless architectural details. The 5,400-square-foot ballroom comfortably hosts 250–300 guests, with a dedicated dance floor and a spacious 900-square-foot bridal suite on-site.

The ballroom package includes 5 hours of event time, with venue access starting at 10:00 AM for hair, makeup, vendor setup, and final details. Both ceremony and reception can be hosted in one location, with a room flip available for couples who want both. The rental includes 60" round dining tables, 6' banquet tables, gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions, china, glassware, flatware, and floor-length linens and napkins in black, white, or ivory. An experienced event team guides couples through the planning process from start to finish.

Food and beverage are provided exclusively by Beyond the Box Catering, with a complimentary private tasting and planning meeting for up to 4 guests included, along with complimentary cake-cutting service. Setup, breakdown, and a 1-hour move-out window are all handled by the venue, and complimentary guest parking is available, with the option to reserve preferred paid spaces. Additional event hours can be added for a nominal fee, and add-ons include a large outdoor patio for cocktails and the adjacent Station + Vine space for welcome parties or VIP lounges.

A $500 deposit and a completed rental contract secure your date.
