Set on 10 acres just north of Magnolia, Venue 311 pairs a French country-style banquet room with a dedicated 2,100-square-foot chapel, giving couples the option of an indoor ceremony and reception on the same property. The grounds also include a courtyard, front and back patios, water features, and manicured landscaping, along with two permanent outdoor arbors for ceremonies and ceremony photos. Rentals run a full 14 hours (10:00 AM–12:00 AM), and couples also receive two additional 90-minute visits ahead of the wedding for a rehearsal, photo session, or walkthrough — a detail that gives out-of-town families breathing room to plan around.
The venue accommodates up to 250 guests and comes equipped with 32 round tables, a range of rectangular and specialty tables (cake, sweetheart, buffet, and entryway), and an indoor/outdoor bar setup. The reception space is equally impressive, offering gorgeous iron chandeliers, classic dark sliding barn doors, and plenty of room for creative table setups and decor. Everything about the venue is designed with smooth transitions in mind, and the staff is consistently welcoming, organized, and vendor-friendly.
