I'm giving it 3 stars thanks to Sergio, who tried to fix all the problems on the day of the party, and because the venue is nice. If it weren't for him, it would be 2 stars. They made many mistakes before and during the party. The front decoration, which cost $900, was completely wrong. They fixed it, but it still looked crooked and incomplete. Because of that, my daughter cried nonstop from the moment we arrived. Her name was misspelled in the light-up letters, and we had to spell it out completely on the contract. Luckily for her, I met the person who was having the party at the venue, and she told me they weren't even talking to her; they were asking for the timeline just three days before. You pay so much money, and they treat you like you're getting something for free. Next time, we'll choose another venue. Here, instead of enjoying your event, you just stress yourself out during the process.

I was genuinely excited to tour La Fontaine because it was one of the venues I was most interested in. I brought my family and walked in hoping it would be the place where I’d have my wedding, and I was prepared to move forward if everything felt right. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales manager Vanessa, completely changed that. Throughout the tour, I felt anxious and uncomfortable. It often felt like there was very little room to ask questions, even though this was my first time planning a wedding and I was trying to understand my options. At one point, I mentioned we were considering around 100 guests while my parents asked about pricing for 150 and 200 guests since we were still finalizing our guest list. Rather than explaining the different options, Vanessa responded, “You all are telling me different things. You need to get it together and tell me a straight answer.” That comment caught us off guard. We weren’t being difficult, we were simply trying to explore our options and drove far to do so, which is exactly why we scheduled a tour. I left feeling discouraged instead of excited. The venue itself is beautiful, but customer service is just as important as the venue when you’re making such a significant investment. Because of our experience, we decided to continue our search elsewhere.

I truly appreciate Vanessa and the whole team. My wedding was truly BEAUTIFUL!! We loved everything about it. If I could give 1000 stars I would. The whole process was great. La Fontaine assisted every step of the way. Thank you guys so much for making my wedding a dream come true.
