White Oak Conference Center offers four distinct ballroom spaces in Northwest Houston, giving couples the flexibility to choose a room sized to their actual guest count rather than working around a single oversized space. The Houston Ballroom, the largest of the four, seats up to 200 guests and connects to a covered portico overlooking the greenbelt; the Austin Ballroom accommodates up to 100 for a closer, more intimate reception, while the San Antonio Ballroom (up to 40) and Community Center (up to 50) suit rehearsal dinners, elopements, or smaller family celebrations.

Every package includes a 14-hour rental from 10:00 AM to midnight, tables with white linens, chairs, up lighting throughout the ballrooms, and dedicated dressing rooms for the couple and wedding party — along with access to the on-site Butterfly and Hummingbird Garden for photos. Pricing starts at $1,000 for the Community Center and scales up to $3,500 for the Houston Ballroom, or $6,500 for a full-facility rental covering all four spaces at once, ideal for a multi-room celebration or a separate ceremony and reception setup.

Catering is fully open — couples can bring their own licensed caterer or choose from the venue's preferred vendor list. Alcohol is permitted in the ballrooms (not on the patio), with a minimum of two security officers required whenever alcohol is served. Add-ons include a dance floor, sound system, extra linened tables, and patio rental, with valet parking available through preferred vendors and free on-site parking for up to 200 vehicles.
